I didn’t understand the salt retention and the decreased plasma colloid osmotic pressure? Could you explain these two causes?

For what I can recall, when you have too much salt in the blood, salt attracts water into the vessel, so if there's a lot of water, the plasma is dissolved. So the osmotic pressure (which is given by albumin, and it dissolves by the excessive amount of water) goes down, while the hydrostatic pressure goes up.
