I really agree with this! The concept was lovely . And important . If people get so polarized that we can’t accept changing our minds on anything it bodes poorly for us as a people. But man …. It did feel like the same old message repackaged many ways.
The only thing you didn’t bring up that got me was the cringey jokes . Especially in the audible version.

Ah, the cringey jokes... I think I'm just starting to accept it as part of the territory with these kinds of books :) But yes, very timely and important topic indeed.
