Zoom is usually used as a video conferencing tool, but I love it for recording videos too. Double duty. Plus, it allows me to record slides with my little bobble head int he corner talking, which is how I like to present.

Hello! When we record our course and paste the link on our landing page or link in bio for people to view, do they need a zoom account and do they have to log into their account to be able to watch it?
I advise that you explain how to put the slides in Zoom.

Great video. I have question, I have a PowerPoint but also want to read some content off a word document as it’s really specific stuff. If I bring that up on the screen, will it also record it or can you just select it to record PowerPoint?
You can choose only the screens you want to be recorded, like PP, the way she did
What if I had people on zoom with me and I am teaching a course.
Gemma, I don't like how the camera is mirrored when it's saved in zoom! I don't look like the same person mirrored!!! LOL How can you fix this?

Maybe we require zoom pro for hd recording, also I need an aspect ratio of 16:9 hope that's possible through zoom!
@@shivayshakti6575 zoom does use 16:9, in fact when I save a picture to use as a background in zoom I save it as a 16:9.
What recording tool would you recommend if we dont use slides and need good video quality?

Great question. I've never tried it - but probably! I can't see why you wouldn't be able to just change the background and keep it like that while you're presenting + recording.
Yes absolutely, you can change the background before starting the recording.

Is this how you record your “pre-selling” live courses :) ?
When I'm pre-selling a course, it means I haven't created it yet. I'm testing the marketplace and seeing if I get students to enroll in for that first round. Then I use Zoom to record the videos once I'm creating the content for the course.

So are these ZOOM videos able to be put inside of Teachery? or do we need to use VIMEO?
I record my videos on Zoom, upload them to Vimeo, and then embed in my Teachery courses... yes :)
