have you ever coated the muffin tins with the cinnamon sugar before you bake the cruffins vs coatng afterwards?
I never tried. I doubt the sugar will stay, instead it might have melted.
@@autumn.kitchen I thought you could better the muffin tins and then coat, but you are right would probably end up with hard sugar shell
