    Long tube headers aren’t worth it if you do your own work

      @@sategllib2191 you turn a 30 minute starter job into 3 hours and you turn a 2 hour clutch job into 18 hours. Yes you have to pull the engine for a clutch job because the stupid headers get in the way.

      @r3dny3ll0w I don't think it would be anymore worth it paying shop fees. But yeah that's why I'm still running shorties. With a upr k member or any aftermarket k member I would probably risk it though

      @@r3dny3ll0w You can loosen the passenger header to drop the trans, and a starter job isn't anything, tight squeeze but it's still 100% possible. The top bolt is optional, remove it before you do headers anyways, serves 0 purpose other than being a PITA. I removed mine when I did a clutch job and only put the bottom 2 in, been about a year and zero issues.
      But yes, NA, it gives like 10-20 HP max, but if you plan on going boosted then it's good to have before, so you can have it tuned all at once.
