Lesson learn: Commit to stretching everyday and do not stop. Anna is not just making videos, she is teaching us a lesson to be consistent. BTW, I hope you can get some of your flexibility back in 24 hours.
Hope she'll get it back soon! Cuz she's a trainers. She can teach us how to be flexible. Even though, people's ages are younger than her can learnt on how to do this kinds of tricks aswell.
I don’t think she lost her wall splits tbh cuz like when she attempted the wall splits the right foot was in front and usually it’s the left leg in front

This video was kind of an Eye opener for me. I’ve danced for 10 years and I’m flexible. I watch Anna’s video’s once every week- not doing the stretches thinking: “Man I wish I could be as flexible as her.” I mainly stretch only when I have dance class- and sometimes don’t stretch before my class at all. I know I can do the leaps well- so why bother?
But now since I’ve watched this video I realize how important consistent stretching is. I’ll stretch one day and the next day think: “I’m never going to be as flexible as ___, so why bother?” But now I understand that it’s all about consistency and determination.

I think that a week without stretching is not gonna impact that much. And what is lost will come back.
But a month without stretching for sure will reduce your abilities.

Awwww thats relatable to me as well! Long story, I started gymnastics when I was 3 and I used to be rlly flexible when I was younger but at 2019, my parents said I need to quit gymnastics because of a personal reason (can't say) and because I didn't do gymnastics for a year, I lost most of my skills and I became less flexible now, the good thing is at least I went back into doing gymnastics at 2020 and at least I still do gymnastics now and in that case, I got some skills back during these years but not all which is still making me a bit out of hand but I try to keep up the good work. No matter what ur still amazing and talented Anna, thank you for helping me get motivated of stretching, ur the reason I can do the splits, thanks for that and thanks for making this video to teach us to be more consistent and don't stop on what u love doing!!🌟🥰💖
For me, I stopped stretching for a little while, and I couldn't even hold the splits anymore...Now I'm using Anna's stretch routines ty o work towards being flexible again! Thank you Anna ❤

Getting Flexible takes a lot of time,training and commitment, but loosing it can easily happen in days.... This is to note that consistency is key to maintain your flexibility and also improve it.

Hi Anna I have a question❤️ I started stretching when I was around 9-10 and I got pretty flexible in my legs (I was flexible in my back but not advanced) but I stopped when I was around 12-13, but back in October I decided to get back to stretching (I was 14) but I didn’t take it seriously until around a month ago (I’m 15 now) and I’ve lost all the flexibility in my back and I’ve lost half the flexibility in my legs and I wanted to ask if I could regain my flexibility back? The past month that I took stretching seriously I’ve seen some improvement in my legs but not so much in my back and shoulder flexibility. Anyway if u end up reading this I would rlly appreciate an answer and I love ur vids sm ❤️❤️❤️❤️💞💞💞💞 (the reason I’m asking is bc it’s a bit harder to regain flexibility during puberty so idk if I should stop if I’m not gonna get flexible again 😞)

I love anna so much thank you so much for helping me raech my splits
I did comp cheer for years and am now a coach, and the #1 thing I tell my flyers is that they need to be stretching literally every single day of their lives to improve their body positions. I tell them they can go more intensely on some days than others, they don't need to be shoved into oversplits every time, but I have found in my personal experience that consistency is more important than intensity when it comes to flexibility. I have retained all of my flexibility from my cheer days as an adult (and I would actually say I'm even more flexible now than I was then) because I have committed to stretching every single day. There are no shortcuts to flexibility, you have to be consistent to see progress.

Hi! I honestly don't think it's a bad thing to take a break. I think it's actually good to do so once in a while, even very beneficial because you're allowing your body to rest. I've done this, and yes it may be a bit stiff when you're getting back into a routine but you gradually get your level of flexibility back... And even more! Because after taking a break from the stretching I somehow have a different perspective (it just feels like my brain/body approaches the stretches differently). For example, I might notice something that I totally didn't before, and that allows me to improve my streches. In short: taking breaks can actually be really good for you. Also, I have no doubt that Anna can get all her flexibility back! ❤

Hi Anna! Hope you will get all the stretches back in 24 hours! Becauae think about it... If you're not being stretching for a week or maybe 7 weeks. What it'll happen? If it was me, I'd never do this to myself. stretching is the most important part that i have to do. Because sometimes, I might not knows that if I didnt stretch for a week or for a day, i might not have a chance to be flexible again. Even though, I'm a trainer or anything like that, I might just have to stretch everyday when I woke up. That's how it works so far.
