Wow out of all of the sailing doodles videos I have watched this was the coolest, most relaxed, and just plain fun. You guys just really clicked and it was obvious you enjoy each other! I have so many fond memories of sailing from Wickford RI over to BI. We were 16 years old sailing over thier and bar hopping. Of course this was in the 70's back when Ted Turner ruled Newport and the America's cup. Thanks for bringing back those memories. Now I am stuck in Park City, UT skiing fresh powder as much as I can.

Bobby, I've cancelled my life as a husband and father in order to binge-watch your channel to current. Almost there! You, as a pilot, me, as a retired Naval Officer, I'm very surprised that you don't seem to use a pre-sail check list. As a pilot, didn't you utilize a pre-flight checklist? It seems all of your sailing challenges could have been avoided if you always used a pre-sail checklist. Love your channel! Inspiring beyond reason! Cheers!

I've been to BI 3 times. If you have the means, I highly suggest making it one of your destinations. The real gem is that there is over 53% green space on the island and no more building lots. If you bike around there are fresh water ponds you can dip into to cool off. It's like traveling back in time.
I've been visiting the Shoals and BI since the 1960's first on Dad's boat and now on mine. Lots of my friends' boats in this vlog! Sorry I missed Labor Day this year...
