My dad used to listen to these songs,was a regular hizo bar zote,he would take me then was a little gal (ndio mama asishuku),bush bar coconut,Congo,many nights would be left in the car to sleep,now all grown up,I miss those days so much!

It's also said that he got mad rich from coffee smuggling at chepkube and eventually fell in love with mama hersi. Funny this is that he lost all his money to the said lady. 😂
He actually got rich from dubious coffee deals from Ugandan farmers who couldn't export their coffee due to a sanction during the Idi Amin era. Chepkube was a prominent crime scene in coffee stores around the border.
