Rapha Festive 500 - 500km in Herne Hill Velodrome

The Rapha #Festive500 is an annual challenge that runs from Christmas Eve to New Years eve, challenging riders to get motivated and hop on a bike, brave the elements and cover the distance over 8 days. Now in its 11th year, it's become somewhat of a rite of passage for every seasoned road cyclist globally.
This is the visual story of Tim McInnes (Chair of the Herne Hill Velodrome Trust) and Boru McCullagh (Head Coach at Herne Hill Velodrome), who completed their Rapha Festive 500 in one ride at Herne Hill Velodrome, covering 1,112 mind numbing laps of the 450m outdoor track on 28th December, 2020 to raise money for the Velodrome in what has been tough year for the community.
