Personally, I don’t think it’s over. I think he will eventually get his moment to shine as Champion one day. And once that happens, LA Knight will truly show the world why he is a mega star!

@@Broadkill54 he dropped ball on theory....I also consider priest a lost cause regardless if he cash in successfully or not ,they failed to build him up as a potential top guy....I fear this trend will continue even with HHH...the last real MITB was Seth...which was 10 years ago
@@phonemovieclips1371 theory winning money in the bank was a Vincent thing. Triple H never considered him to be a world champion at the time, so they had to get it off of him. Again, we don’t know about what they will do with priest. All it takes is one good cash in for money in the bank to be relevant again.
smackdown and raw are both being dominated by the bloodline storyline, so anything after that doesnt attract as much
i will say that maybe putting la knight in the main event scene & having him roman for the undisputed title was a bit too early for him now to be fair i get it probably wanted him to get a couple of cracks at roman before he eventually drops the to cody at wm 40 but it kinda cause him to lose momentum just a bit but not too much. if anything he probably should have won the us title first & carried that before being in the main title scene because it wasn't time yet
Some wrestlers win the world title first ....it's not about titles it's about wwe seeing value in knight and I don't think they truly see it unfortunately
I think LA Knight commands a big stage but right now the stage is filled with another storyline that he doesn't quite fit into.
LA Knight isn't done, its just The Rock is back. Thats all...
Definitely not over. As long as the fans continue to pop for him like they have, wwe has no choice but to keep backing him. Honestly, moving him to Raw would be the best choice, as there would be more time on the show to allocate for him compared to smackdown.
I think LA Knight has lost a lot of steam, since the brief Roman feud, I have not been interested in his storylines or promos, I have no interest in the WM40 match with AJ, I am not sure what would make me interested again.

I think its a temporary hault for LA Knight. His push should come after wrestlemania
He has cooled down but to no fault of his own, the midcard has never had that much focus and haven't got a great feud after Roman, I'm looking forward to respond to AJ and would probably get a great promo, but he should have been feuding against Gunther or Logan Paul

I like LA Knight, I just don't see him being the TOP guy in the promotion. I think he would have an amazing run with the US or IC title.
I think Cody will pick up the strap this year (He 100% should). I think Drew will get some time with the belt to give Seth some much needed time off. And both of those guys will probably hold the belt until at least next years WM.
I think a good booking strategy for Knight would be to have him come over to Raw and start to dismantle Imperium and take Gunthers IC belt at Summerslam. And then if he can keep momentum going with the IC belt, have a champion vs champion match between Drew and Knight at WM 2025.
La knight stole 2 gimmicks to get over. The problem is both the rock & stone cold might be showing up at Wrestlemania. Maybe once they gone he can resume being a temu stone cold rock.

No. Not everyone can be on top at the same time. It's like saying Edge in 2003 would never be a future world champion. If LA Knight hasn't been world champion once with two belts in 5 years then I'd probably say yes.
People think you need a championship to be considered a major major star. It’s been said before and I’ll say it again, when Austin became stone cold, it was two years before he won the title. LA Knight will probably be a world champion sometime next year.
what you fail to see is that Stone Cold won some matches and have banger matches before he became a world champion, lets be honest La Knight has not has a good match

Wrestlemania is very stacked and this is also Knights first Wrestlemania. Him winning a title isn’t necessary for this mania and what better opponent than AJ Styles to have a match with to help Knight get experience on having a match on such a big stage.
They started pushing Knight in September after he won battle royal at Summerslam. So he’s not even a year into his push yet. When he started having merchandise in July he sold more than anyone else every month except December. Last I checked he’s #2 this month behind Rhodes. HHH knows what he has with Knight. He’s keeping him relevant but not over doing him right now when he’s going to get overshadowed anyway. They are moving to Netflix next year so they need to save huge moments for next year. We’ll see what happens but even though I’m not big fan of Rhodes its his moment right now that he’s earned and they’ve been building up to so he deserves to have it. Knight has earned his moment to but now is not the time but its coming. YEAH!
Also there was never an LA Knight experiment. They had zero plans for him and he just got himself over in a way the company never expected.
Mostly valid points, there’s clearly some big guns on the field right now. He’s definitely in a holding pattern at the moment but a program with AJ is hardly being looked over. I think they’re trying to keep him right there ready to go again. But you’re right, a couple of missteps and less TV time, fans can turn. I don’t see any reason to think that will happen though.
I don't think because The Rock has returned, that LA Knight can't be big right now.
Sure LA Knight style is similar to The Rock (like The Miz) but he's also like SCSA.
The thing that's holding LA Knight is them booking him a weak match card at WrestleMania making him feud with AJ Style.
They should have put LA Knight in the position Sami Zayn is at for him to face Gunther, or in the position where KO & Randy Orton is at and have him face Logan Paul.
This regress of them pushing LA Knight could be the recent change in hands, HHH taking back over the helm from Vince McMahon, perhaps creative doesn't see much in LA Knight so they are not booking him the best matchups.
Because honestly, I think its insane they didn't have on the card of LA Knight at least getting a semi-title belt, i.e. US Champ or IC Champ at WrestleMania 40. I was hyping this up since last year.
Come on even if he was having a match with Logan Paul that still ain't on the same level or close to what the rock is doing right now....plus with his and aj is a story they can tell....la knight took aj spot

Well la knight is smack down so of course he wouldn’t have anything to do with raw. His only appearance on raw this year has been his been his match with ivar
absence makes the heart grow fonder. giving us some time away from him being so highlighted keeps him from getting stale. when he comes back into the picture, i think hell be well received.
The one main mistake they made was putting him in the main event line up when he'd be good in the IC track. LA Knight v Gunther? Who'd say no to that?

the problem with la knight is the fans are clearly high on him and to a to a degree so are wwe,it just seem that wwe is reluctant to pull the trigger on a full main event run,now there could be many reasons as to why that is,but the longer it goes on the more unlikely he is to get his shot,in many ways it reminds me of sami zayns run with the bloodline as he was red hot and debatably putting in the best work of his career and still they didnt pull the trigger on him beating roman,la knight seems to be in the same situation as numerous times most recently the elimination chamber they had the chance to elevate him and went in another direction!

Don't think LA Knight's over, though I do see poor booking to him, even till now. Its just that the lineup of storylines right now are either to significant or "lined" up by the creatives fot Knight to be scootch in on something major.
I Dont like how they sidelined him after his match with Roman. I'm really not feeling the AJ Styles program either. Hopefully they build him back up after WM40.
His stock has Fallin since his match with roman.....ppl expect him to open the show but that just ain't going happen as long as roman is on smackdown

I don’t think it is over mainly because I trust Triple H to protect him. I think he just got lost in the shuffle when they brought back Orton, Punk and then The Rock and AJ Styles. There are too many wrestlers to try and fit into storylines etc.
Like you said about the back burner, I think Knight might take the MITB or Intercontinental Title in upcoming months.
Facts that's what hurt him....before they brought all of them back he was hot now he just another wrestler walking around in catering

It certainly should be. That finisher is trash. Plus, his mic skills are subpar, and it's obvious.
Been watching wrestling since gorilla monsoon was in commentary. La knight is not Better then those who came before and those are yet to arrive. The miz is better then him on the mic and in ring. The rock just makes his schtick cringe and mimicry. The problem La knight has no moments outside of yeh, with everyone saying la knight, he botches his moves and his promo. Trick Williams had his chants while the rock promo now that his organic people saying LA knight is organic is wrong they gave him the undertaker bump shine to plug him into the fans, unlike trick Williams who literally has been unlike any other talent getting people chanting without being on the brand is what a real megastar in the making not this rock wanabe.
I don’t think it’s over… I just think LA didn’t fit into the storyline going on right now. Granted I’d rather he be the one helping Cody than Seth. It would make for better promos that’s for sure. But LA knight will probably get in the mix more once Seth or Roman loses the belt.
LA Knight promos with Rock and Cody would be cool but also if the Rock decided to he could absolutely bury tf out of him calling him a wannabe rock
The long reigns will also stunt many wrestlers growths and lessen opportunities for new guys in the main event....who knows maybe McIntyre and Cody will also have stale long title reigns(granted each wins their title match at mania)
