You should try the sith trooper, it's as if the commando droid and the arc trooper had had a son. I mean, it's fast, it's deadly and of course it also has a very badass design.

But I think the comando Droid is still better both in design and gameplay. (also with the comando Droid I played my best math ever with 120 kills in CS)

I've been using it for hours, and while using it I felt as I was Rambo, it's a very funny reinforcement.

I love the new content, but I wish Dice had put reinforcements into OT as well. Having 4 new reinforcements all for the Sequels is kind of overkill; I would've preferred 2 for the Sequels and 2 for OT. Really makes the OT feel neglected, despite it being the most beloved trilogy. I understand Dice probably wants to rally hype for the new movie, but OT really needs some love in this game now (especially that its the only one without co-op)

I just love how this new update has shown DICE's commitment to this game and truly trying to make it better and more fun. I took about 6 or 7 months off of BF2 and have just recently come back and I am loving it.
My favourite right now is the new First Order Jump Trooper, the new focus on mobility and versatility is a refreshing take compared to rocket spam. I also love their new look. Kinda wish they kept the voice female though.

First Order Jet Trooper is SO MUCH FUN!! I honestly as a jetpack kind of player hope they adjust the other jet troopers to match this new one. I honestly like his hovering and fast maneuvering so much that I prefer him right now over Boba Fett, he’s that good
For me I love the new first order jet trooper, the fact you can hover up high and help take out infantry and vehicles with you explosive attachment is amazing
I love how they gave the sides without the commando droid and death trooper their own very unique reinforcement that still fits their general play style. The First Order Jet trooper feels like a tiny boba fett lol.

And that he did, by killing his master and sacrificing himself. The fact that Sidious is back, with his own fleet of mini-Death Stars, is lorebreaking and ruins the point of the first six movies. Please don't be short-tempered.
I mean, as a Clone Commando I was able to solo a Dooku user by comboing two grenades, knocking him down with the repulsor when he finally closed in, and finishing him off with the third grenade. It was so satisfying. Combined with the class being an Enforcer and you are tanky as hell so long as you keep those kills coming in. The DC-17m is not a great damage dealer, but it has a quick reload rather than an overheat so you never have to worry about a potential overheat fail, as rare as they are. Also as an Arc trooper, I've had several scenarios where I've outgunned blaster heroes. They friggin MELT with those dual blasters, and they can be pretty tanky with the right build, as well.
Tbh I dont really like the sith trooper. I thought I would love it, being an infiltrator main, but it just didnt click with me. I LOVE the new FO jet troopers though. Edit: I also cant use the droideka because of a bug where it automatically returns me to ball form, which gets rid of my shield and is just really annoying in general.
WildWolfTag2000 on PS4, the controls suck for the First Order Jet Trooper. You can’t aim and fly at the same time. I wish L2 was the button you had to press to fly, and you could just press X or triangle to toggle the hover mode.
My favorite had gotta go to the First Order jet trooper. Flying around with the jet pack and picking people out from the air is so much fun, and it makes me really wish every other aerial reinforcement, and even Boba Fett, controlled like that.
My list: 13: Personally I reckon wookie warrior is the worst reinforcement, his abilities are actually pretty good, but his bowcaster really sucks in my opinion 12: Caphex Spy. I haven’t played as him much, so he might be better than I realise 11: The flametrooper is super fun and is really good at close-range combat, but I do realise that he is pretty hard to use on certain maps 10: Regular jump/jet troopers are extremely fun to play as, but their health is quite low, even with good cards (also, I feel that the B2 RP is the best and the imperial jet trooper is the worst) 9: The B2 super battle droid is well-rounded and rather good, but I feel that its blaster is not very accurate - and not very fun to play as 8: Death trooper. Not much to say about him, he is well rounded and powerful 7: Droideka is great if you use him right, but is not good at all if you get into a tight situation 6: Sith trooper. Good abilities and a powerful gun 5: I barely ever play as arc trooper, so I’ll put him here as he seems very powerful 4: Commando droid. My only problem with this awesome reinforcement is the fact that you cannot throw the smoke bomb, but rather you put it down right in front of you 3: Clone Commando is great and fun to play as, with great abilities and a high-fire-rate gun 2: The First Order jet trooper is a blast and my favourite reinforcement to play as, but the most powerful spot goes to... 1: The Ovissian Gunner. Her middle ability is OP Keep in mind that I do not play as the infiltrator class very often, except the commando droid Also, bonus, heavy is my favourite trooper class and Bossk (he's glitched at the moment ☹), Phasma and Maul are my favourite heroes

First order jet trooper. Never would I have thought DICE would've properly made a jet trooper. When I first played as him and found out he could free fly and hover, my excitement was on another level. They need to make all aerial units like him. That is a true jet trooper with a real jetpack. With dice removing the jetpack starcard, I think they should make all units a free-flying model. It makes sense and everyone loves it.
I'm surprised you were lucky enough to get any map other then a clone war map. Been playing all day and have played on kashyyyk way too many times for my sanity.
The thing that makes the Caphex Spy and Sith Trooper even better is the star card that recharges your abilities when you take damage, so you have use the orbital strike and trooper grenade more often
Im sorry but there is no way the Super Battle Droid is below the droideka and wookie warrior, it is just way to versatile and the wookie warrior and droideka can both be demolished with a bit of range
I personally love the spy also while using the first order jet tropper doing the jet tackle without hitting anyone you can fly by an enemy and capture an objective
Out of all the reinforcements, the Arc Trooper was my favorite, and was the unit that helped me get used to the Enforcers. Everytime on CO-OP and when I couldn't play a hero in the normal multiplayer, I chose the Arc Trooper (Of course on the Clone Wars maps.)

I really, REALLY like the new First Order reinforcements, I love how the jet trooper is more fun than Boba Fett, and I like the Sith Trooper’s blaster and abilities, the resistance ones are really cool too
I like playing as the Ovissian. But that face is very unsettling and creepy. I know it’s a minor complaint but sheesh. And the ability animations are hilarious and over the top.
3:50 I disagree. I think the Droidekas function better by themselves, especially when you flank a group of enemies. I would also place the Commando Droid a lot lower.
Me and my two friends played as Sith Troopers and we won the match and got a awesome picture of the three of us as Sith Troopers in the battle poses, Sith Trooper, Arc Trooper, Commando Droid, First Order Jet trooper, and the Commando Trooper are definitely my top 5
In my opinion as a Battlefront 2 athlete, change the Wookie with the Jet Trooper and we got a better ranking. That's because the easier it is to support your team the better it is as a reinforcer I can kill wookies all day long with 3-5 shots in thr head cause of their slow-paced movement. But Jet trooper, oh boy... Good luck.
They are stronger trooper classes that you can use when you earn enough battle points. They are pretty powerful but lots cheaper than heroes. Only a limited number of them can be in a match at any one time.

I'd say #1 would be the gunner, #2 as the clone commando, #3 as the commando droid. Only b/c of their high damage output. And high survivability. What the commando droid lacks in damage reduction, makes up for their insane speed.
I have put in lots of time as the first order jet trooper and resistance gunner. But other than the first order jet trooper spot being too low. I think you got the rankings spot on. The Jet troopers Jetpack ability is shared with no other troop or reinforcement in the game. Jet tackle I a dual wielding ability. When in a tunnel or in a hallway the thing gets you from point A to point B super fast. And when flying you can drop down right in front of an enemy and enable Jet tackle right in front of them and it recks them immediately without them getting the chance to even do a lick of damage to you. And the Tri-Barrel launcher is so good while mid fling, not hovering. His blaster is pretty good too. It can shoot right through shields and is semi automatic. It does a decent amount of damage and is great when hovering. Yeah I definitely see a change coming to the resistance gunner. She is so powerful and does ridiculous damage.
I think if they decide to give the rebels and empire some new reinforcements too, the shadow trooper and botan spy would be interesting concepts, maybe using a cloaking device as one of their abilities... And I love all the reinforcement classes right now, even more so than the heroes. They dont feel as powerful, but that is exactly where the fun in them lies.

I just love how this new update has shown DICE's commitment to this game and truly trying to make it better and more fun. I took about 6 or 7 months off of BF2 and have just recently come back and I am loving it.
My favourite right now is the new First Order Jump Trooper, the new focus on mobility and versatility is a refreshing take compared to rocket spam. I also love their new look. Kinda wish they kept the voice female though.

First Order Jet Trooper is SO MUCH FUN!! I honestly as a jetpack kind of player hope they adjust the other jet troopers to match this new one. I honestly like his hovering and fast maneuvering so much that I prefer him right now over Boba Fett, he’s that good

I love how they gave the sides without the commando droid and death trooper their own very unique reinforcement that still fits their general play style. The First Order Jet trooper feels like a tiny boba fett lol.

@@PlatinumGrande I did, but I stand by the fact that the Sith are gone. The entire point of the first six movies is that Anakin, the chosen one, was destined to end the Sith. And that he did, by killing his master and sacrificing himself. The fact that Sidious is back, with his own fleet of mini-Death Stars, is lorebreaking and ruins the point of the first six movies. Please don't be short-tempered.

I mean, as a Clone Commando I was able to solo a Dooku user by comboing two grenades, knocking him down with the repulsor when he finally closed in, and finishing him off with the third grenade.
It was so satisfying. Combined with the class being an Enforcer and you are tanky as hell so long as you keep those kills coming in. The DC-17m is not a great damage dealer, but it has a quick reload rather than an overheat so you never have to worry about a potential overheat fail, as rare as they are.
Also as an Arc trooper, I've had several scenarios where I've outgunned blaster heroes. They friggin MELT with those dual blasters, and they can be pretty tanky with the right build, as well.
Tbh I dont really like the sith trooper. I thought I would love it, being an infiltrator main, but it just didnt click with me. I LOVE the new FO jet troopers though.
Edit: I also cant use the droideka because of a bug where it automatically returns me to ball form, which gets rid of my shield and is just really annoying in general.
WildWolfTag2000 on PS4, the controls suck for the First Order Jet Trooper. You can’t aim and fly at the same time. I wish L2 was the button you had to press to fly, and you could just press X or triangle to toggle the hover mode.

My favorite had gotta go to the First Order jet trooper. Flying around with the jet pack and picking people out from the air is so much fun, and it makes me really wish every other aerial reinforcement, and even Boba Fett, controlled like that.
My list:
13: Personally I reckon wookie warrior is the worst reinforcement, his abilities are actually pretty good, but his bowcaster really sucks in my opinion
12: Caphex Spy. I haven’t played as him much, so he might be better than I realise
11: The flametrooper is super fun and is really good at close-range combat, but I do realise that he is pretty hard to use on certain maps
10: Regular jump/jet troopers are extremely fun to play as, but their health is quite low, even with good cards (also, I feel that the B2 RP is the best and the imperial jet trooper is the worst)
9: The B2 super battle droid is well-rounded and rather good, but I feel that its blaster is not very accurate - and not very fun to play as
8: Death trooper. Not much to say about him, he is well rounded and powerful
7: Droideka is great if you use him right, but is not good at all if you get into a tight situation
6: Sith trooper. Good abilities and a powerful gun
5: I barely ever play as arc trooper, so I’ll put him here as he seems very powerful
4: Commando droid. My only problem with this awesome reinforcement is the fact that you cannot throw the smoke bomb, but rather you put it down right in front of you
3: Clone Commando is great and fun to play as, with great abilities and a high-fire-rate gun
2: The First Order jet trooper is a blast and my favourite reinforcement to play as, but the most powerful spot goes to...
1: The Ovissian Gunner. Her middle ability is OP
Keep in mind that I do not play as the infiltrator class very often, except the commando droid
Also, bonus, heavy is my favourite trooper class and Bossk (he's glitched at the moment ☹), Phasma and Maul are my favourite heroes
Lorx what are you talking about? The Clone Jet Trooper is one of the best in the game! It’s only rivaled by the Fifst Order Jet Trooper. The damage of that DC-17 is insane.

First order jet trooper. Never would I have thought DICE would've properly made a jet trooper. When I first played as him and found out he could free fly and hover, my excitement was on another level. They need to make all aerial units like him. That is a true jet trooper with a real jetpack. With dice removing the jetpack starcard, I think they should make all units a free-flying model. It makes sense and everyone loves it.
I'm surprised you were lucky enough to get any map other then a clone war map. Been playing all day and have played on kashyyyk way too many times for my sanity.
The thing that makes the Caphex Spy and Sith Trooper even better is the star card that recharges your abilities when you take damage, so you have use the orbital strike and trooper grenade more often
Im sorry but there is no way the Super Battle Droid is below the droideka and wookie warrior, it is just way to versatile and the wookie warrior and droideka can both be demolished with a bit of range

I personally love the spy also while using the first order jet tropper doing the jet tackle without hitting anyone you can fly by an enemy and capture an objective
The Comando Droids are the best
Out of all the reinforcements, the Arc Trooper was my favorite, and was the unit that helped me get used to the Enforcers. Everytime on CO-OP and when I couldn't play a hero in the normal multiplayer, I chose the Arc Trooper (Of course on the Clone Wars maps.)

I really, REALLY like the new First Order reinforcements, I love how the jet trooper is more fun than Boba Fett, and I like the Sith Trooper’s blaster and abilities, the resistance ones are really cool too
I like playing as the Ovissian. But that face is very unsettling and creepy. I know it’s a minor complaint but sheesh. And the ability animations are hilarious and over the top.

In my opinion as a Battlefront 2 athlete, change the Wookie with the Jet Trooper and we got a better ranking. That's because the easier it is to support your team the better it is as a reinforcer I can kill wookies all day long with 3-5 shots in thr head cause of their slow-paced movement. But Jet trooper, oh boy... Good luck.

Each have their own ups and downs, and they have different playstyles
What are reinforcements?
They are stronger trooper classes that you can use when you earn enough battle points. They are pretty powerful but lots cheaper than heroes. Only a limited number of them can be in a match at any one time.

I'd say #1 would be the gunner, #2 as the clone commando, #3 as the commando droid. Only b/c of their high damage output. And high survivability. What the commando droid lacks in damage reduction, makes up for their insane speed.
I have put in lots of time as the first order jet trooper and resistance gunner. But other than the first order jet trooper spot being too low. I think you got the rankings spot on. The Jet troopers Jetpack ability is shared with no other troop or reinforcement in the game. Jet tackle I a dual wielding ability. When in a tunnel or in a hallway the thing gets you from point A to point B super fast. And when flying you can drop down right in front of an enemy and enable Jet tackle right in front of them and it recks them immediately without them getting the chance to even do a lick of damage to you. And the Tri-Barrel launcher is so good while mid fling, not hovering. His blaster is pretty good too. It can shoot right through shields and is semi automatic. It does a decent amount of damage and is great when hovering. Yeah I definitely see a change coming to the resistance gunner. She is so powerful and does ridiculous damage.

I think if they decide to give the rebels and empire some new reinforcements too, the shadow trooper and botan spy would be interesting concepts, maybe using a cloaking device as one of their abilities...
And I love all the reinforcement classes right now, even more so than the heroes. They dont feel as powerful, but that is exactly where the fun in them lies.

My favorite thing to do on jakku with the jet trooper is fly under the bridges so they think you died but then you pop up from the other side and hover/gun them down
Enforcers come in handy with dealing with vehicles and infantry, but yet we only have very few that can hunt down heroes
I always choose the Rocket Droid over the Super Battle Droid just because of the jetpack and mobility
