U.S.C.G. MFPU-Bangor Change of Command 6/24/2024

U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Force Protection Unit-Bangor held its change of command ceremony at Naval Submarine Base Bangor on Monday, 24 June 2024, with RADM Charles Fosse, Commander, 13th Coast Guard District, officiating as Commander Michael Hunt was relieved by Commander Cody Dunagan.

Beautiful ceremony HOWEVER, the color guard should ALWAYS have the Ensign on the viewers left while in detail. Never should a flag be to the viewers (crowd) left. I was the color guard coordinator for the MFPU Bangor and I thought I gave a better passdown than what was presented today. Every military member should know the order of colors displayed. Still nice ceremony and congrats to the new MFPU Bangor CO.
