The voice actress in SSB4 and Ultimate was heavily inspired by Mercedes rose like she knew she had to live up to the voice that was already established. Then they replaced that one with another one that sounds completely different and almost like Peach

Kerri Kane was her old acteress. Rosalina is now voiced by Laura Faye Smith. Daisy and Peach yoused to be voiced by Jen Taylor in the 90s. Now Daisy is voiced by Deanna Mustard and Peach and Toadette are both voiced by Samantha Kelly. Mayor Pauline is voiced by Kate Higgins.

Kiryu 57 agreed, I never played Shy Guy but he’s a cool enemy; Petey Piranha is stupid character that we like because of how hilarious his inclusion is. When MK9 drops (which will not happen anytime soon), it would be hilarious if they added Piranha Plant like in Ultimate, but seeing the Mario Kart Tour roster still containing retarded characters, it’s hard to tell.

2. Baby Daisy - Get a least 1 star on Mushroom, Flower, Star and Special Cups on 50cc
3. Toadette - Play all 32 courses on Time Trial
4. Dry Bones - Complete the 100cc Leaf Cup with 1st place
5. Daisy - Complete the 150cc Special Cup with 1st place
6. Birdo - Play 16 courses on Time Trial
7. Diddy Kong - Complete the 50cc Lightning Cup with 1st place

2. Go back
Make the same thing (player 2)
3. Go back
4. Get again there and the 2 players will have the same character

The entire roster of mk wii is back again in mk 8 deluxe plus all circuits of the star cup
The playable roster looks well-balanced, especially seeing Baby Daisy for the first time in action.
I love how Funky Kong became the king of this game very quickly.
OK, let’s be honest people. This is what Mario Kart 8’s roster should have looked like with the added new characters such as the Koopalings, Shy Guy, Link, Villagers, etc. NOT overused with baby, metal, and costume characters!
So true! Those characters basically made missed character opportunities like Birdo, Diddy Kong, and ROB (don't judge me. He's underrated)
Link and villagers should not be in it they ruined they game for me by not sticking to the actually Mario characters
For me the only guest character they could've make for Mario kart 8 is Link, i don't see villagers, Isabelle and especially THE INKLINGS in a Mario kart game. At least Link was made by Shigeru Myamoto.

Same here! Although, New super Mario bros. Wii makes me feel more nostalgic. Mariokart Wii had the best tracks, 4 of them being coconut mall, moo moo meadows, maple tree way and koopa cape. They should add these 4 and others back in Mariokart, as well as half-pipes.

If you have the game and have never played custom tracks you need to download it right now there are plenty of tutorials on CZcams and it is very simple it makes a great game even better. (By far the best Mario kart and one of my favorite games of all time) I would gladly help if you are interested in it and don’t understand how to do it.

We’ve had Mario Kart 8 for over a decade now, I always wonder when Mario Kart 9 or Mario Kart X will come out, because it will be good to have a new Mario Kart game so that way things won’t be so drastic. Maybe even a Mario Kart Wii Switch Port in the near future if we don’t get Mario Kart 9 or Mario Kart X (Roman numeral for 10).
