  • Let's take a closer look at the Solace 41CS in this boat review. In just three years, Solace has positioned themselves as a top luxury brand. Innovative features on their new 41CS set a high bar for other boats in her class. Designed to meet the needs of enthusiasts who enjoy multiple activities on the water, the 41CS is a fishing-ready model with abundant creature comforts folded into a very practical design.
Distinctive touches include a magnet system integrated throughout into fiberglass and wood parts that offer an ingenious method for holding items in place such as cushioned upholstery without any external hardware. Proprietary hardware built to last a lifetime and Coraflon Coating on cockpit hardware sets this model apart from the ordinary.
For entertaining, comfortable seating surrounds this boat. Beginning forward on a triple-width sun lounge and port and starboard recessed benches, to an elevated transom wide sofa style seat mounted above a lower level stow-able cockpit bench that face an elevated triple mezzanine seat looking aft. Triple captain’s chairs with gas mitigation shocks are at the helm for driver comfort as well.
The cabin below is beautifully appointed with wood trim and an enclosed head featuring an overhead rain shower and designer fixtures. A pair of single berths convert to a single queen as well and a 16,000 BTU air conditioning system makes it comfortable to relax below after a day in the sun. A diesel generator to power accessories and a gyrostabilizer lend further comfort while offshore.
Anglers will appreciate a pair of pressurized 50-gallon live wells in the transom corners. Twin (8’) 348-quart and a smaller 100-quart insulated fish box are in the cockpit deck and a 260-quart transom fishbox in the model tested included a 550# per day ice maker plumbed directly into the box.
Our test model was rigged with a pair of Mercury 600-HP V-12s and offered impressive performance. Extremely nimble in the slip and quick out of the hole with minimal bow rise, the Solace quickly motivated to 40-MPH cruising and provided a 1-MPG fuel burn which would be hard to top for a boat in this weight class. Speeds up to 60 at WOT are there if you need it. With far too many attributes to list here this model truly needs to be seen in person to appreciate.

      You are so correct! Lol
This boat needed its own 30 minute segment! It was so hard to choose on what to point out! Everything on this boat was so innovative and incredible. Just wish we had more time to show everything!
