Do you use 1 or 2 lbs of beef? The vid and the recipe’s lbs are different.

Hi, I used 2 lbs beef here because I doubled the recipe in the recipe link but for the water, since I doubled the meat upon searing, it has some liquid there so I adjusted the water and just added about 2 cups, but you can add more if you think it's dry.
