    ✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
    For Meethi Mathri:
    * All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 1.5 cup
    * White Sesame Seeds (तिल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Ghee (घी) - 4 tbsp
    * Water (पानी) - some
    * Oil (तेल) - for frying
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 200 gram
    * Water (पानी) - 1/2 Cup
    * Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - some
    * Saffron (केसर) - some
    For Namkeen Mathri:
    * All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 200 gram
    * Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 tsp
    * Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - some
    * Salt(नमक) - as per taste
    * Ghee (घी) - 4 tbsp
    * Water (पानी) - some
    * Oil (तेल) - for frying
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢, on a plate, take sieved White Flour Maida, White Sesame Seeds, and Ghee. Mix well and bind the dough by adding Water gradually. Cover and keep for 10 to 15 minutes. Make dough balls, roll them & give them shape. Prick them with a fork. Fry them in the medium heated Ghee/Oil till they turn golden in color.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, take a pan, put Sugar, some Water and Cardamom Seeds. Stir it till the sugar gets dissolved and make 1 string of Sugar Syrup. Then dip the fried Mathri in Sugar Syrup. Then take them out on a plate. Garnish with Saffron and enjoy!
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢, take a plate/thali, add sieved White Flour/Maida, crushed Carom Seeds, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, and Ghee. Add Water gradually to bind the dough. Keep the dough for 15-20 mins for rest. Then make dough balls, roll them & prick them with a fork. Fry the Mathri in Ghee/Oil till they turn crispy.
    In this way, Halwai Style Meethi & Namkeen Mathri will get ready at home. Keep it in an air-tight jar for a long time use
