Man, this P3: FES edition is great! I just finished the game on the Nintendo Switch and I wonder why they chose the Portable edition instead.

While the jury is still out, I believe that Portable is more accessible to newer players jumping into the series, and the fact that it has more replayability with the Female MC story. I would of loved to have The Answers being added to Portable, and of course the cutscenes shown here would of been much better, but the gameplay is certainly much easier for people to get people on the hook as opposed to having no control of your companions, dealing with the fatigue system, so on and so forth.
Now I do hear that Persona 3 is rumored to have a remake, no solid evidence to point this out but if this were to be true than we might finally have all the elements from the different Persona 3 games be combined into one.
