The plot you have created is interesting!! Well doen!! But Scar is a ghost and how fast a spirit will be able to posses another living being depends on their will and spirit! Ghosts only chose the ones who are more than just weak in spirit and will and I'm pretty sure we can all agree that Kion has a very strong will and spirit! So, with that being said, if Scar had indeed attempted to posses Kion, he would've ultimately faile!
No kion would never do such thing but that's all because of scar controlling his body
