This is called the Old School way. When the company makes a jet, the orifice is made with a??? I'll wait, YES a drill bit! Lol Whatever works, glad you got it sorted.
lol you cant use a larger jet with a VM16. That being the reason I drilled it out rather than buying a jet.
Just bought an 08 ttr 110 with tb 130 kit and bbr exhaust was braking up real bad high in the rpm’s had a 100 main jet threw a 115 in it got way worse so I put a 95 in helped a lot but still braking up high in the revs think I need a 90 or maybe smaller but can’t find any
did you end up playing with the pilot jet as well? My ttr is a bit spotty here and there...def need to open up the jets.

Hey I loved your video I have a question about my 2021 ttr110 I was wondering if it's normal for there to be drops of gas coming out of the rubber overflow hose when riding it. The screw valve that closes it is tight but yet when I ride it off road especially the bottom of the hose will be wet with gas it will leak drops but not a lot...is this normal? Already took the screw valve out and cleaned it, still leaks idk what to do??
I wouldn’t be worried if it’s minimal. When you’re riding and the fuel in the bowl is sloshing all around you will definitely get a drop or two lost. Wouldn’t be a concern as long as your not losing power or a ton of fuel.

Just bought my daughter a 2014 ttr110 it won't idle without the choke on, it runs great just won't idle, i'm not familiar with them, i'm starting from the get go, any advice is appreciated.

How did you remove that inside float bowl screw?, I have absolutely no room to get a screw driver on it. It appears I have to completely remove my carb just to take the bowl off.
Yeah, you will have to remove the carb to get the bowl off if you want good working space.
1mm drill makes it a 100 jet. And a #60 drill (.040") is a 101.5
LiveFreeandShred yeah basically went from a 95 to a 100. Running great!
What is the size of the factory carb on the ttr110
The 4th screw in the back on the carburetor bowl I can’t reach it with any screw driver because the handles won’t fit in that area and they’re skinny and short
I use a very small Allen type wrench with philips head on it
My ttr 110 won’t take throttle it just idles the carb is hooked up to the throttle but the slide do not open but the lever thing in the top of the carb when you take the top cover off moves
Man it’s hard to say without seeing it honestly. Do you have a local mechanic. My gut tells me it’s probably something pretty easy.

We have a ton of TTR videos on the channel, so definitely check them out! That said, 128cc kit from sxparts.com was pretty noticeable.

Jeff Syslo I mean, I did 4 full throttle passes and got a caramel tipped plug, so as for now I’m satisfied. Part of doing it this way was the experience of doing it this way. You don’t know what you don’t know, ya know lol.
