No it is not all the same, you will have different subjects based on cyber security or data science. You can choose what interests you. Data science is a growing field nowadays so it might be better for placements.
It is not compulsory. Learning the skill is important even if you do it from CZcams. The only thing is in your resume if you have a certificate, you can add it to make it better but the skills matter most.

Hey! No you do not need a laptop from the first day itself. You can ask your teachers for recommendations and you can get one when your college starts training for coding or when you want to practise by yourself.

It is a little difficult because you have labs and theory based on circuits and machines. But don’t worry about it, if it is something that interests you and you put in effort, you’ll do well.

Hey! After doing BCA you are not directly eligible for GATE. You will have to do MCA because BCA does not cover in detail topics suitable for MTech

Having good 10 and 12 marks does help as they may look at it but if you have good cgpa and skills you don’t need to worry
