Hello everyone!
Today I'm giving you 10 study tips (+3 on my studying amino page!) that I personally find to be helpful and effective. I know that not all study tips work for everyone, but I hope at least some of the tips can be helpful for you ☺️ I've tried to include tips that work for all types of subjects and levels of education!
I was actually sick while recording most of the voiceover for this video, so that is why my voice may sound different than usual. I hope this doesn't bother you too much!

Which grade are you in?
- I'm currently on a gap year after high school
Why are you studying if you're on a gap year?
- I'm studying for a math exam necessary to get into the course I want to study in university this year. I'm also self-studying biology and chemistry to get a solid foundation for the subjects I'll be taking in university, as well as to get some repetition so I don't forget everything I learned in high school.
Where do you buy (name of stationery item)?
- If nothing else is specified I got it from a local book/stationery store. Google the brands to see where it's sold in your country!
How old are you/where do you live/what's your name?
- I prefer not to answer these questions for privacy reasons. I'm on a gap year after high school/before university so that is a good indicator for my age, I'm from somewhere in Norway, and I go by the name studytee/Tee here on the internet :)
Can you send me your notes, or do you sell them?
- I post my notes on Instagram, and other than that I don't share/sell them, I'm sorry!
Question/comment about my voice
- I am aware that I have a child-like voice, but that’s just the voice I was given. This is my «natural voice», and if you don’t like it then your computer or phone probably has a mute button somewhere. There, problem solved!

you can, self discipline is the key. But it's hard to follow it but here's a trick-
Emotional manipulation. Meaning manipulating yourself to do hard things without even knowing you
were doing it for yourself.
For example, if you like youtube, you can block every social media and tell yourself that you have to
get things done. After that, you can unblock those social medias as rewards.
Or seeing something cute. Get cute pictures of kitties and puppies sending motivation, it will
motivate you and manipulate you to work for yourself.
I use this trick and my self discipline has gotten quite good! I am trying to improve still but yeah
I like leaving flashcards in random places. (usually random tables) I always forget why I put them there and then check them out every once in a while and it just really makes studying more fun for me. Also it makes me smile but idk why xd

If you smile while doing so, it's probably you're having fun when studying which I find rare since everyone these days find studying a chore while it's actually pretty fun since you learn what happens in daily life.
I love the idea of using a white board! I find it could be perfect for language learners for practicing spelling, sentences and just playing with different words to remember them better! Thank you for the great tips!
regarding the part where you said creating questions helped you find the most important parts; it reminded me of when my middle school teacher would host history olympics. we had to write a list of 30 questions about the chapter at home (and of course we had to know the answer), then in class we’d be divided into random teams. each team asked a question from our lists to the next team and if they didn’t know it they “lost” a member. last team standing would get a 10 (aka an A). it was low effort for the teacher and we would get competitive asf with sneaky and hard questions. no one knew history better than during that year, and we also had so much fun.

Another tip, skim through the entire chapter and just highlight important points. Then close the textbook and write down everything you remember about it. Afterwards, cross check and identify what you forgot. Note all that down. And read through this summary during exam prep. Great tips btw I miss u and your awesome content❣
