1. Sabsey pahley Aura cleaning kariye, balancing kariye. Agar hath se smbahva nahin to keval reiki energy ke flow ki rachnatmak kalpana kijiye. Level 2 onwards third eye se sybols use kar ke kariye.
Namak paanee, agarbatee sey sey, ya mor pankh sey bhi aura clean hotee hai.
Aura cleaning aur balancing sey bachey bahut jaldi theek hotey hain.
2. Bacchey ke mathey par haath rakh kar reiki dijyie. Agar aap bacchey ko sahla rahey hain, uthaye hue hain ya malish kar rahey hai, purey time apney haath sey urja bhejney ke kamna aur kalpana kijiye .

Kar saktey hain. Nigrnaee mein karein toh achhahai.
1. Bhut Zyada Der tak karney ki awashyakta nahin hogi. 5-10 minute bhi kafee hoga.
2. Agar thakney lagein, aankon min panee aye etc, toh break lein. toh break lein.
3. Dhyan se pahley aur dhyaan ke baad nadi shodan pranayaam 2-3 minute.
4. Yog mein sikhyee janey walee eye focus exercise bhi karein. Angoothye par, horizon par, eye rotation etc. Din mein kai baar aankhon ko saaf panee se dhoeyin.
4. Khaney se pahley karein.
5. Soney sey 1:30 -2:00 ghantey pahley khatam kar lein. Soney sey ekdam pahley kareny se kabhi kabhi neend der sey atee hai.
