    All investors should not pay any development charges - the rates are too high. No NOC, No Main Gate, No Map, So little development, etc.

      Bilkul sahee kaha Bhai Sahib ne. Rudn Enclave walo ko Khuda ka khouf hona chaheeye. Investors ne full payment clear ki theey is waja se ke ghar ka kam sharoo kare. Abh ney sharat lagai hai ke full development charges pay karo. Allah تعالی Rudn Enclave walo ko hidayat de.
      Itna arsa ho chuka hai management kehti NOC milne wala hai. Pehle RDA se aur ab PHATA. Sab baqwas hai. Ye logo ko ulloo bana rahe hai.

      Aap right hain aik side per high charges daikhnay ko mil rahay hain but 2,3 Soceities jinn say mera maazi mei Paula para uun mei say aik G17. Aap visit karain Development charges thay. 14 Marla plot ki 6 to 7 lacks D3v charges thay. But soceity heath ker gai hai. Abi iis waqt hum sab phassay huway hotay hain. Soceity 30 lacks b demand karay tau nikla sakti hai.

    Aslam Alaikum Brother development charges are completely unjustified as it's more than double of actual cost of plot please ask them to review this
