I hope i don't get hate for this but knetz and some intl fans really defended this treatment by saying that the other groupmate was also a victim of the company and that she should not be taken into accountability because she likely did not notice the bad treatment. However, i dare say otherwise. If you eat, sleep, and meet with the same person for so long, you must notice a slight change in emotions or feelings. It's just sad that jiyoon had to pass through this alone for so long.

One thing that fans often forget is idols are basically co-workers. Imagine being together with your coworkers 24/7 both at work and at home. Moreover in a very competitive industry, I myself would get sick to my stomach. Arguments and turmoils are unavoidable and that's normal, it's just a matter of how they can find a way to overcome it
People need to realize that it's normal to lose friends no matter how close you used to be. I had a best friend once whom I spent most of my time for almost 8 years, then we slowly grow apart and become strangers. It can be the same case for these idols, especially when they find new friends and interests and the friendship will instantly end if their company prevent them to contact each other again.
I also had a bestie for 8 years now we don't even dare to go to each other or talk to each other because as I have noticed she found another bestie and so did I so now we don't need each other. I thought of her as nice and kind but now I think of her as rude and selfish. she's still in the same class with me but I would never go near her and if I accidently talk to her she will be starting a whole fight

I don't cry anymore about my ex but I still cry for her. Even after 4 years of not bestfriend. Sadly, I don't have any bestfriend anymore. Finding a bestfriend is harder the more you age.
Mine was almost 15 years. It was so close to being family.Her family and mine were so close. We even lived together for an entire year since her mom travels alot. And now we don't even talk. They moved to another city and we've not spoken since then. We're not in awkward terms though we all just decided to go our separate ways
sometimes i feel happy that gfriend members left that company together and never let anyone ruin their friendship , even if members are in different companies , but they still interacting and showing it to buddies , they alsostill follow only eachother on instagram
You can tell they are really close and support each other so much. I just saw a video of VIVIZ calling Sowon , and getting emotional. It’s so cute and nice to see. There are things we don’t know as fans but you can definitely see that they have a good friendship

Ji Yoon's choice to leave her ent was reasonable since Bolbbalgan 4's ent has always been biased by giving Ji Young more mv screen time and lines and better clothes and makeup tbh. I personally think Ji Yoon is as talened as Ji Young but the ent didnt give Ji Yoon a proper chance to stand out.
when I heard she sang in one of their songs I'm surprised that she had such a beautiful voice and why she didn't have a part since they're considered a duo, but never really sang. I'm amazed by her voice I hope she joins a company that treats her well.

It's a shame that some kpop companies try to ruin a group's friendship with a former member or members of the group. I mean they spent years training and working with each other then suddenly a scandal or injury keeps that former member or members from coming back to his or her groupmates? Being in a band is like a 2nd family, but forcing a member to leave because of unknown reasons doesn't make an excuse to prevent the current lineup from mentioning that former member without saying their name is just cruel. Overall, friends don't just give up on their friends whom they see as family.
Also I don't get why they can't talk about the members who left or was forced!? It's like watching robots forgetting about something which is rare like wtf i find it odd artists in other countries talk about it and leave you satisfied to know more info but kpop idols are forced to act like this even some groups said its s business relationship in thier blogs

Some companies let their favorites do whatever they want and not get dragged into the mud by the netizens yet the other members are left behind to keep the company's favorite from being exposed and the group's reputation to go down the drain. I see lots of idols from other parts of the world openly talk about their former groupmate as a friend and how he or she was a good addition to the team despite the ups and downs. But in kpop and other Asian music companies your not allowed to talk about that former groupmate since he or she isn't here no more and is off doing their own thing. Instead of putting the injured members on a indefinite hiatus have them sit on a chair on stage alongside the other members who are still able to dance properly. If one member is sick, let them stay home and recover until they are strong enough to comeback not kick them out. If one member is being bullied by the netizens online for doing something that wasn't his or her own fault defend them and not leave that person alone to be dragged into the mud by lies created by netizens.

I think people just grow apart and it doesn't have to be some conspiracy. It happens to everyone. They are human after all. In the case of Soojin though, it's obviously contractual. I'm sure they still keep in contact with her, but aren't allowed to talk about her. Same happened to SNSD Jessica, and Red Velvet Irene for a couple months.

I still remember all the hate they got from Blackpink and BTS stans in 2018 and on. Momoland had to deactivate comments because these fandoms harassed the girls.

The (G)I-DLE members reference & pay tribute(?) to soojin a lot. For example, I think Miyeon wore a dress that soojin wore in the past. shuhua also did a dance that looked a lot like a very popular cover dance soojin did. Last thing- in the "Tomboy"M/V, at the end of the M/V they released 6 heart shaped balloons instead of 5.
I'm both happy and sad about the fact that JiYoon left BOL4. I loved JiYoung and JiYoon's friendship. However, I'm happy that JiYoon left the duo. She was constantly mistreated and never got a chance to shine. As a soloist, she shines much more. JiYoon deserved better. I listened to one of her songs from her album and I think her vocals are just as awesome as JiYoung. She is indeed, just as talented as JiYoung. You should listen to her album. You won't be disappointed!
(G)I-dle announced there new name going forward as only using IDLE since they felt it was appropriate for where they are in their career now. You can tell just how much Soojin's absence has effected them and I'm glad they have eachother and staying through to themselves in whatever way they can since cube from my perspective is definitely restricting any mention about Soojin
i always believe that most idols are like buiseness partners which they are some of them will hold affection for the other and sometimes they're gonna fight "even siblings do lol" don't expect that every group is close just bc they act nice to each other on camera
I still have high hopes for Jessica and SNSD. I mean, their story is one of the mysterious cases in kpop. huuhhu also, SM must have signed members a contract not to speak sth about Jessica in the media that is why SNSD members haven't spoken about it. But still, 7 years of of them together is a great achievement and now SNSD is still continuing as 8. hopefully, Jessica and SNSD will be seen in one frame once again. I was a baby and that time bts and bap was rising but due to ts bap now disbanded and bts is a top group. Just search it and foam with rage babe.

This isint a web of conspiracy, its actually easy to figure out, if you are just looking at key events objectively and take into account what EVERYONE was saying, as a grain of truth, and watched it all unfold (look at my join date): - In 2013, Tyler Kwon meets Jessica, invests in her business, tying them, and she flies to Events with him instead of SM or SNSD. - SM claims that Jessica wanted to HALT ACTIVITIES (not leave) after the next Comeback (CMIYC). Jessica was looking forward to doing Tokyo Dome on Dec 9, 2014. Halting activities just means hiatus. Keeping Jessica in SNSD, and in SM intact. This claim was also reported by the Wall Street Journal, as their was a rumor that Jessica was going on hiatus next spring 2015 after CMIYC. - - Jessica exposes them first on Weibo and claims she was told by SM and SNSD that she is out of the group now. - SM confirms that Jessica is leaving SNSD earlier then what SM and Jessica wanted, but they want to keep her. - Jessica, through Blanc, releases a Statement, and explains "an ultimatum between SNSD and her Business & Partner" - Blanc (Tyler) after, reverses and claims that Jessica didnt write that statement, confusing the Public and muddies the situation. Why more people can stomach SM's general statement as time goes on: - The "ultimatum" if true, could also mean a possible conflict brewing with TYLER not BLANC, but Jessica could not give him up. [1] (Any other claims, like blacklisting, prostitution, bullying, parent pressure etc. are unsubstantiated Conspiracy Theories) Conclusion: Tyler Kwon is a snake and screwed everyone over, but Jessica was fine with the result, but maybe not the method, cause she was blinded by love. Perhaps, a personal conflict did occur at some point, that cant be ruled out. Friendships can break apart. But the chances that it went down exactly the way (allegedly) Jessica claimed in that statement, is extremely unlikely. She said in 2017 on MBC that she doesent regret any decision she made that time and moved on. Why keep hating on SNSD or SM? Why keep feeling sorry for her? Just happily support Jessica in her life now. And maybe one day we get an OT9 photo. Thats the best we can hope for.

Cube threw SooJin "under the bus" because of Seo Shin Ae bullying SooJin over alleged "bullying" (ridiculous accusations they called bullying) by SooJin many many years ago. Seo Shin Ae's hasn't done anything (noted on Wikipedia) since 2017. Since her career seems to be in the "pits", she wanted to "drag" someone down with her. What she did to SooJin is 100X worse than anything SooJin allegedly did to her when they were kids.
And she said that she don't even properly recognize if that girl Soojin.. Cube suck at managing their dils, it was a clear case , they should just call her back but....

Given the consequences of being accused of bullying (even when you were a child at the time), it’s fair to question the accuser’s motives, believability. Charges are hard to verify, too easy to fabricate testimony, it allegedly happened so long ago, many other accusations have been proven false and Seo Shin Ae said she is not sure that SooJin was the alleged perpetrator. Look at what happened with AOA. Jimin had to leave AOA because she was accused of bullying, when in fact, Mina was the bad person (not Jimin).
Okay I went to go check out BOL4 and i see why they fans are pissed because im pissed now, in they mv Jiyoung is they only one getting screen time, and on live shows the lights are only focus on her when its a "two member group"....are they serious right now, u telling me they can't split the lines and spot light...only mv Jiyoon got with screen time and the spot light shine on her was when they was promoting "Travel" ( awesome song by the way) but after that its all bout Jiyoung..its ONLY A TWO MEMBER GROUP...I can see why Jiyoon left they way they treated her was wrong on so many levels and that wasn't no friendship, I would never sit back and let people treat my BF like that or leave my BF out they way they did Jiyoon... like the literally left her out a two member group omg I cant get over this😔 I feel so sorry for Jiyoon but she have talent so she will make it as a soloist, im rooting for her success
As a Panda for 8yrs now, I want to say that I wouldn't really call their relationship falling apart. It was more like because Naeun having work as an actress AND a model which of course will make her have difficult decisions to choose from group or solo. I honestly don't have much to say towards her decision because she chose what's best for her and I respect that. Despite all that, Apink has always been close with each other and support each other as well as with their former member Yookyung who left in 2013. Apink are really close and keep in touch with the members making sure they all are doing well so even if Apink is only 5 members, I have faith in both Naeun and Apink to make the best decisions for themselves 🥰
I don't think it's good to assume anything, sometimes you fight with your friends sisters, brothers, parents... when you're in a group you can't just agree with everything, everytime. They are different individuals so it's nothing strange to fight sometimes. Also a psychologist once said that you can analyze people body language but you can't really know 100% what emotions they went through to react like that. P. S: MLD is a shady company they definitely prevent members from speaking to daisy. She field a lawsuit against the company, they didn't want her to influence the other members.
Cube really have built such a terrible reputation for themselves that you could make an entire film on it; 4minute- Pushing Hyuna to do sexy concepts at a young age and pushing her solo work at the ultimate expense of the group. Also all the 4minute members (except Hyuna) being dumped without the option of contract renewal Hyuna- the above, so much more and dropping her when she decided to reveal her long term relationship with DAWN Pentagon- Dropping DAWN for aforementioned relationship CLC- Do I need to explain? (G)-idle- a debut that literally would not have happened if not for Soyeon. Also dropping Soojin for the bullying scandal when so many other idols weren’t for similar accusations. Lightsum- really feels like they have ZERO direction with them. Tbh feels like CLC 2.0 in the making
Honestly, Lightsum seemed to be released kinda to cover the gap of idle's comebacks (I am sure they had another planned for 2021, hadn't been any scandal). No hate to them, because the girls did nothing wrong. But they seem lost at times? Although I really liked their Vivace comeback. This to say Cube doesn't deserve their artists. I do hope Idle eventually just pack themselves into another company. Or Cube gets bought by another company, similar to what went with Pledis and Hybe. Someone needs to clean up that management.
I'm a SONE since 2008, and its really Heartbreaking that the single member of a Most Influencial Girl Group of All time has Left. Its obviously SM kicked her out of the group because SM don't want their artist succeed in their plans just like Jessica new buisness. SM Money matters.
This year we have this big exam but because of covid, we were told to stay at the hostel for three months straight (the exam start on march 2nd and ended at 28th). No outings at all. Im asian and my school is only girls school. We were quite close with each other but I do get tired seeing the same face everyday and overtime we all become too toxic with each other. And I'm an introvert too. Can you imagine how tiring that is? Im just soo happy to be out of that school even though this is our last year together. Its kinda sad but I dont think I can survive another month in there. This is how I feel for three months there. How about these idols sharing dorms for years?
People will always try to analyze the relationships between celebrities and often make them feel uncomfortable, I believe that many idols are trying to "fit in" not because they would need it so much (it's normal to have other close friends who are not members of the group, so being extremely friendly with the people you work with might not be for everyone) but because they don't want anyone to be judged or pointed out. They don't hate each other, their relationship is fine, but they probably wouldn't be friends with either other in a classroom for example, if it wasn't for the company to put them together.
How can anyone call someone their close friend yet allow staff to cover them with a umbrella in the rain but not their friend, I couldn’t do that to my friend I would’ve invited them under the umbrella with me whether staff liked it or not cause you don’t treat friends like that and I have a good reason as to why they treated her that way, I really can’t stand people who treat people a certain way simply based on looks, their shallow pathetic and disgusting in my eyes, treat people the way you want to be treated regardless of looks, I think there’s idols that aren’t as close as them seem in more groups than we think, it’s normal to have arguments and such when you have lots of different personalities and such in a group but some also aren’t gonna like each other and have to put on a facade of liking each other and getting along for the sake of the group and after the group is done they either keep it to themselves and move on or they expose everything that happened but not everything is sunshine and rainbows in kpop groups like we think
This doesn't surprise me. It's JPop but i remember Tanaka Reina and Niigaki Risa of Morning Musume admitting they didn't get along and there was a long period where they didn't even interact off camera at all. It's unrealistic to think all members of every group are best friends.
i think idols are more close if they grow up together. like nct dream, or even bts. arguments are bound to happen but that doesn't mean they'll completely fall apart
it's sad to see the alienation that occurs on camera in cases like yeonwoo. i was literally starting to stan momoland when i could literally see the signs of her non-interactions with the other members. so it wasn't a surprise to hear that 1 year later mld announced she will be leaving. similar signs were coming out of taeha, too, but not as much as yeonwoo's. daisy's case *did* surprise me though. funny now it's 2022 and i'm starting to see the same signs coming from a group who literally just debuted.
Yeonwoo was forced by the company to leave .. All the clips were members didn't get close to yeonwoo was cut And if u watch the whole thing u would know that they act normal + yeonwoo is invort and shy
@@kawaiisoo4243 i don't think you read my comment correctly. i didn't watch any clips. like any groups i'm beginning to stan, i'm either watching live or a day later. and i did that for a couple of months straight. what surprised me is that some of the videos were mysteriously scrubbed about a month or 2 later. because of that, i wasn't influenced by the 2nd-hand conspiracy videos that came out a year later when everything started to blow up. so to clarify, i've already formed my own narrative about the situation whether not if follows yours or any other "official" narrative.
I know one day the narrative that Naeun doesn't like Apink will die and never return... it's been 11 years. You don't stay with a group for 11 years and two contract renewals if you don't like them. At least it's useful to spot real from fake Pandas.
Daisy left momoland because he dated other kpop member and this is againts the contract she sign on the company. Yeonwoo left the group too because she wants to be an actress so she pursue being an actress than being an idol group.

I really hope and pray that g-idle still is in contact and talks to soojin. They are family, they are sisters, the bonds and relationship they shared is irreplaceable and I refuse to believe that they threw that all alway or that they are letting cube stop/prevent them from talking to soojin. It’s understandable and I think we fans should normalize that not all members are going to close friends or best friends, plus company can’t force friendship. Just cause everyone is in a group together, doesn’t mean they’re the best of best friend.. it’s normal… it’s just like being in a class with random people, being forced to talk and do group projects, yeah we all talked and nice to one another but outside of class, we’re not like that

Friendship can sour over time, that's just life, however sad it is. These 4 examples are definitely not just the only ones happening as there are plenty of such examples in Kpop. Even Naeun with Apink is getting worse, since Apink never even mention Naeun once during their promo. 4minute with Hyuna, missA with Suzy, Nine Muses drama, Kara with Youngji. And it's not limited to girl groups, it happened to boygroups as well like DBSK, Exo Chinese members, 2PM with Jaypark. Also regarding SNSD, Jessica will never be back, the sooner OT9 realised that the better. Jessica basically released similar statement like Daisy, saying that no she has not communicated with the other 8 in a long time. Also SNSD never mentioned her, even the 3 that left SM. Most of their 'ot9' moments post 930 are trivial things like instagram likes. While actual statements stated by the members like Yuri saying she has 7 lifelong friends, Taeyeon saying that the 8 of them will protect SNSD, Sooyoung saying that SNSD is 8 were often ignored. SNSD since 2014 was 8 and will be 8 when they make their return.
Korean K-pop management is so primitive. The fact is forbidden to contact old members or personal friends because the company is so ridiculous. What makes it worse are the fake fans that support this unjust behavior or criticize some ex K-pop artists instead of the company.

Things like this are so common today.. In the past.. and even not long time ago, I thought that a bands who work together for so many yesrs and I saw many performances of them online and they seemed close at camera are actually close also in real life.. But every western group I liked and follow.. one or a couple of members left and said bad things about the other members that they treated them badly.. that they left becaue the other members ignored them and stuff.. So I end up not believing and suspecting things from then.. When I'm seeing a lot of groups interact with each other and hug in aword shows or even doing a video or dancing to others songs on tiktok.. I don't look at those things the same anymore.. In a fact.. we all know a huamn can't maintain a close, healthy and deep relationship with so many people.. it's just not possible. So of course not all the idols are friends with each other or have a close friendship even if they seems close to everyone infron of the camera. It's obvious that most of us, if not all, wants to look good and nice on camera. I'm not blaming anyone for that.. it's natural that we'll be nervous and will want to look good that others will think about us good stuff too.. Becaue we know that people can judge us.. based on what they seeing on camera. So it's good for us to remember that what we've seen on camera.. doesn't always match the reality. It can be very different. We need to say realistic and remember that all of us are human in the end of the day.. and if we fight sometimes with our friends or being nice to others on camera and not being friends with everyone you see on the street or seeing the same movie on the cinema as you in.. So the idols too.

Whatsoever when you're in a group you can't just agree with everyone, every single day. They are different individuals so it's nothing strange to fight. Friendships can end very easily actually. My best friends when i was 10 yrs old, now we act like we don't even exist in this world. Once i met one of them really close bcs one of my closest friend was her close friend. And both of us acted as we don't even exist. It's actually something odd bcs i usually talk casually even with the ones i never knew. And another one also met me once. Beside her there was my another friend that i met after long time. I used to follow SNSD and this is what I observed after what happened with Taeyon and Jessica. -Some idols are not actually BFF's they are only pretending to be BFF's for the sake of marketing and to increase their popularity. Being paired together means they can gain more in CP merchandise sales and promotions. It also sometimes guarantees that they will be given an opportunity to create a subunit. -It is not always the company's fault that 'BFF'S' part ways and decide not to keep in contact. The company will stay silent even when fans blame it because it can take the heat that comes with that accusation. Idols could suffer irreparable damage if the company were to dispute such claims, so they chose to not say anything to protect the idols. -The image you see idols projecting may not be who they really are. They are a product, packaged in a way that will make them acceptable and popular.
These kpop companies are straight up evil, splitting long friendships for the sake of contract.. I love the artists and singers but the whole idol system is corrupt.
Lol. Gfriend disbanded because three of their members doesnt want to comeback as an idol or a group in the near future yet their friendship never ended. Now all of the members are slowly coming back with their own paths and still having each other's back that is the real friendship not those onscreen shit that some of this groups are showing especially momoland. In one reddit post they said that Momoland members offcam are just strangers, only few are talking and some doesn't even look eye to eye in their dressing rooms and practice sessions.

One thing that fans often forget is idols are basically co-workers. Imagine being together with your coworkers 24/7 both at work and at home. It's a shame that some kpop companies try to ruin a group's friendship with a former member or members of the group. I mean they spent years training and working with each other then suddenly a scandal or injury keeps that former member or members from coming back to his or her groupmates? Being in a band is like a 2nd family, but forcing a member to leave because of unknown reasons doesn't make an excuse to prevent the current lineup from mentioning that former member without saying their name is just cruel. Overall, friends don't just give up on their friends whom they see as family.
Also I don't get why they can't talk about the members who left or was forced!? Some companies let their favorites do whatever they want and not get dragged into the mud by the netizens yet the other members are left behind to keep the company's favorite from being exposed and the group's reputation to go down the drain. I see lots of idols from other parts of the world openly talk about their former groupmate as a friend and how he or she was a good addition to the team despite the ups and downs. But in kpop and other Asian music companies your not allowed to talk about that former groupmate since he or she isn't here no more and is off doing their own thing. Instead of putting the injured members on a indefinite hiatus have them sit on a chair on stage alongside the other members who are still able to dance properly. If one member is sick, let them stay home and recover until they are strong enough to comeback not kick them out. If one member is being bullied by the netizens online for doing something that wasn't his or her own fault defend them and not leave that person alone to be dragged into the mud by lies created by netizens.

For Momoland and MLD, the events of 2018-2019 came too quickly. The sudden success in 2018 was something no one could have predicted. Unfortunately, the MLD was not ready for success. Momoland members were not ready for great popularity and Momoland’s ‘Merry-Go-Round’ fandom was very small. Momoland members were harassed and monitored by netizens. This caused mental problems for the members and they did not receive enough support from the company. The pace of work was also very busy and Momoland performed too often, leaving not enough free time.
The reasons why Yeonwoo, Taeha, Daisy had to leave Momoland are complicated. But, it is clear that mental health problems are probably the main cause. In an interview with David Tizzard in the fall of 2021, Daisy admits that she suffered from mental health problems and was frightened by her own negative behavior. Because of this, Daisy was a hiatus. And that later led to her problems with MLD Entertainment. Now she is studying at university and is happy with her life. Yeonwoo suffered from back pain. It could also lead to mental health problems. And could cause problems working with other members as a team. The most interesting case is Taeha. It’s hard to know why she really wanted to leave. But, things are often what they look like…

I'm both happy and sad about the fact that JiYoon left BOL4. I loved JiYoung and JiYoon's friendship. However, I'm happy that JiYoon left the duo. She was constantly mistreated and never got a chance to shine. As a soloist, she shines much more. JiYoon deserved better. I listened to one of her songs from her album and I think her vocals are just as awesome as JiYoung. She is indeed, just as talented as JiYoung. You should listen to her album. (G)I-dle announced there new name going forward as only using IDLE since they felt it was appropriate for where they are in their career now. You can tell just how much Soojin's absence has effected them and I'm glad they have eachother and staying through to themselves in whatever way they can since cube from my perspective is definitely restricting any mention about Soojin

As much as I support SNSD OT9, a OT9 comeback is likely never going to happen. I may be able to provide some objective insight on the whole Jessica situation. This isint a web of conspiracy, its actually easy to figure out, if you are just looking at key events objectively and take into account what EVERYONE was saying, as a grain of truth, and watched it all unfold (look at my join date):
- In 2013, Tyler Kwon meets Jessica, invests in her business, tying them, and she flies to Events with him instead of SM or SNSD.
- SM claims that Jessica wanted to HALT ACTIVITIES (not leave) after the next Comeback (CMIYC). Jessica was looking forward to doing Tokyo Dome on Dec 9, 2014. Halting activities just means hiatus. Keeping Jessica in SNSD, and in SM intact. This claim was also reported by the Wall Street Journal, as their was a rumor that Jessica was going on hiatus next spring 2015 after CMIYC.

- Jessica exposes them first on Weibo and claims she was told by SM and SNSD that she is out of the group now.
- SM confirms that Jessica is leaving SNSD earlier then what SM and Jessica wanted, but they want to keep her.
- Jessica, through Blanc, releases a Statement, and explains "an ultimatum between SNSD and her Business & Partner"
- Blanc (Tyler) after, reverses and claims that Jessica didnt write that statement, confusing the Public and muddies the situation.
Why more people can stomach SM's general statement as time goes on:
- The "ultimatum" if true, could also mean a possible conflict brewing with TYLER not BLANC, but Jessica could not give him up. [1]
- The time frame where this alleged "ultimatum team meeting" happened, does not match. SNSD members were doing separate activities and were all in different Countries and locations, it was impossible for them all to "meet". Jessica was in Guangzhou, Yoona was in Hong Kong, Tiffany, Taeyeon, Seohyun (TTS) was in New York, etc. This was corroborated by Media and Witnesses. Also Jessica posted a Promo Poster in support of Sooyoung's Drama at that time. If SNSD were actually feuding then, she wouldnt do that.
- SM kept Jessica under Contract like they said they would for 1 year, until Jessica pushed for her own release in 2015 to join Tyler.
- SM was able to bring Krystal to a Contract extension in 2016, with her Parents approval. Now, if I thought SM screwed my big sister or my older daughter and is forcibly "blacklisting" her, I would tell my younger daughter to GTFO, but no, Krystal stayed with SM.

Conclusion: Tyler Kwon is a snake and screwed everyone over, but Jessica was fine with the result, but maybe not the method, cause she was blinded by love. Cube threw SooJin "under the bus" because of Seo Shin Ae bullying SooJin over alleged "bullying" (ridiculous accusations they called bullying) by SooJin many many years ago.
Seo Shin Ae's hasn't done anything (noted on Wikipedia) since 2017. Since her career seems to be in the "pits", she wanted to "drag" someone down with her. What she did to SooJin is 100X worse than anything SooJin allegedly did to her when they were kids.

As a Panda for 8yrs now, I want to say that I wouldn't really call their relationship falling apart. It was more like because Naeun having work as an actress AND a model which of course will make her have difficult decisions to choose from group or solo. I honestly don't have much to say towards her decision because she chose what's best for her and I respect that. Despite all that, Apink has always been close with each other and support each other as well as with their former member Yookyung who left in 2013. Apink are really close and keep in touch with the members making sure they all are doing well so even if Apink is only 5 members, I have faith in both Naeun and Apink to make the best decisions for themselves 🥰
I don't think it's good to assume anything, sometimes you fight with your friends sisters, brothers, parents... when you're in a group you can't just agree with everything, everytime. They are different individuals so it's nothing strange to fight sometimes. Also a psychologist once said that you can analyze people body language but you can't really know 100% what emotions they went through to react like that.

This year we have this big exam but because of covid, we were told to stay at the hostel for three months straight (the exam start on march 2nd and ended at 28th). No outings at all. People will always try to analyze the relationships between celebrities and often make them feel uncomfortable, I believe that many idols are trying to "fit in" not because they would need it so much (it's normal to have other close friends who are not members of the group, so being extremely friendly with the people you work with might not be for everyone) but because they don't want anyone to be judged or pointed out. They don't hate each other, their relationship is fine, but they probably wouldn't be friends with either other in a classroom for example, if it wasn't for the company to put them together.

This doesn't surprise me. It's JPop but i remember Tanaka Reina and Niigaki Risa of Morning Musume admitting they didn't get along and there was a long period where they didn't even interact off camera at all. It's unrealistic to think all members of every group are best friends.

many performances of them online and they seemed close at camera are actually close also in real life..

Friendships can end very easily actually. My best friends when i was 10 yrs old, now we act like we don't even exist in this world. Once i met one of them really close bcs one of my closest friend was her close friend. And both of us acted as we don't even exist. I used to follow SNSD and this is what I observed after what happened with Taeyon and Jessica.
-Some idols are not actually BFF's they are only pretending to be BFF's for the sake of marketing and to increase their popularity. Being paired together means they can gain more in CP merchandise sales and promotions. It also sometimes guarantees that they will be given an opportunity to create a subunit.
-It is not always the company's fault that 'BFF'S' part ways and decide not to keep in contact. The company will stay silent even when fans blame it because it can take the heat that comes with that accusation. Idols could suffer irreparable damage if the company were to dispute such claims, so they chose to not say anything to protect the idols.
-The image you see idols projecting may not be who they really are. They are a product, packaged in a way that will make them acceptable and popular.
It's just sad that I will never see Soojin again with the other members. I just started to stan them and she is actually growing on me.

Lol. Gfriend disbanded because three of their members doesnt want to comeback as an idol or a group in the near future yet their friendship never ended.
