The ADATS is still really good. you only need two crew and the missiles can take out tanks reliably and with helicopters its so easy to kill them. Eagle really doesn't need another SPAA.

Weak armor, the hull is basically the same as the Tier I Eagle ifv
You dont need armor if you have a heavy gatling gun and a rocket pod

Eagle already has ADATS (1200mm penetration) and they will also get the flak gepard german spaaf that M113 would be for cold war gamemode most likely
