1. when you are driving and a stop happens ..Keep your credentials up in the visor, ask for permission to reach for them. Why in the visor? ...When your Hands are up, and a bullet strikes you it has a distinctive pattern, your heart, and lungs are slightly raised, and the Bullet path will show that your hands was raised, and a good medical examiner will see this (so will the body cam if on)
2. Comply with everything...Yes Officer, No officer, Be Polite It is important to let the officer know he/she is in control of the Situation
3. Have your Paper work in order...your license should be up in the Visor with your Registration, and proof of insurance
4. If you are a CCW (Conceal and carry) license holder, and if you are carrying your firearm with you Make sure the officer Knows this, even if he doesn't ask you (have your ccw card in the visor with other paper work) give it to the officer with the other paper work tell the officer where you are carrying the gun. Hip, appendix.... Ask the officer what would you like me to do next officer with your hands on the stirring wheel.... Remember the officer is in control
5. This By far is the most controversial thing I am about to say here OK. If you have followed all the steps above. and that officer starts to (PHYSICALLY BEAT YOU)..Then it is clear that this man or woman is not a cop but a race solider on a search and destroy mission..I am going to ask you to FIGHT...for your life (Use any means to defend yourself) If you are carrying beat him or her to the draw. (which means TRAIN with your LEGALLY obtained weapon) You have an obligation to get home, to your loved ones it's either them or you. Remember people we are in the Middle of a war...Please use your head, keep calm, and don't be so thinned skinned here, this is chess not checkers God speed to you all, and remember Black 1st (love you all)

I had a newborn and a fifteen month old. I was devasted because it wasn't a reason why. I watched her and l listened to her. Judge Lynn really helped me to lift my head and live my life again.
