Almost two years back to the church now, sometimes despair sneaks up and completely infiltrates my thoughts like rain when you don’t see a cloud. I need reminders of hope. my past was so dark but sometimes the light is too bright and I seem to want to cling to the dark. Thank you for the hope reminder.

Happy Paschal Season, Jennifer! Just one thing, with respect, as Catholics we don't believe in the pairing of certain words. For e.g., "faith alone" As Catholics, we don't believe in Sola fide. As Saint Paul said, "faith without works is dead." Sola fide is a protestant idea. I am sure you know that and you were just writing to get your intentions out, because your concluding sentence alludes to 'works.' Protestant ideas get into the mainstream and they get regurgitated, sometimes subconciously. No impropriety intended, at all. I couldn’t help but saying “happy rising day” when addressing the Lord in prayer on Easter-day. We say happy birthday so happy rising day to Jesus makes sense.
As we were returning home from the Easter vigil mass who has not been allowed to attend church with us for three years, put her precious little six-year-old hand on her heart I told me that she heard something. "Just don't be afraid" I have started a Monica group it by Church where we are praying the return of our loved ones to the faith. I would be happy to help anyone start such a group of hope 😊
Since Almighty God created us, we have a purpose because nothing exists without His will. We just need always remember to believe we are children of Almighty God, and He sent Jesus Christ to save us and to see us through everything! It doesn’t get any better than knowing Jesus Christ is always beside us waiting for us to ask so that He can give us grace to get through anything! 🙏

"Life is not worth living" is always a belief based on the person's experience with other people. So, avoid them. 99% of people are going to Hell, see The Fewness of the Saved by St. Leonard of Pt. Maurice. So, it isn't surprising that other people can drive you insane. Focus on the Trinity and the Saints and the angels.
There is but one Father There is but one man Eve knew she was a man Trans formed a woman from man. I accept what the father did, it's time the rest of you do the same.
