In an ambitious gamble, Bruce Ykanji (a prominent figure on the Popping scene), launched Juste Debout in 2002. The goal : Making Paris the worldwide centre for ‘standing’ dance forms, as opposed to the floor work embodied by the then-reigning king, Breakdance.

Brazil won with their great momentum. But they don't have good foundations. In my opinion, foundation is the most important thing, after that you can talk about musicality, performance or sth else.
Masato could win both of them if it was 10s each round with his foundation moves.

Yes, but i disagree with you in some points.
Foundation is important to start learning. But to dance beyond the standard is necessary to have feeling, flow and most important that is flavor.
Imitate the basic steps that are the fundamentals anyone can achieve, because they are the initials and are important for you to learn to dance. After this, staying only in the basics will not develop their characteristics nor their own dance. To dance in addition, it is important to mix the various facets that you can, in the case of Brazil is funk and rhythm beyond the sharp musicality.

@@remymock3378 foundation is not enough,when it come to street dance, most of asian take foundation to serious and forget to have fun , foundation is good ofc but when u only focus on foundation and forget that u have to dance, gooving and flava, that the problem
