Chana Daal (Chickpea lentils)soaked - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ginger - 4 small cubes
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 3 cup
Green chili - 3 pcs
Coriander chopped - 1/4 cup
Fried onion - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Lemon juce - 1 tbsp
Ghee or oil for shaping kabab
Oil for deep frying
