Great job guys, this vid is super helpful!! But for the part about guidance during the app process, I just wanted to add that if you are from a smaller college that doesn't provide university placement services, you should definitely have an admissions counselor. I'd say look for a counselor who gives a more personalized service, not just during the process of writing your essays but for every other aspect of your application (like building an individualised and strategic profile or school choice). Try to find them through recommendations from other successful applicants, not through a google search bar.
It would be very hard relying only on research and advice from friends when going through this foreign and complex app process, so I 100% would recommend you investing in comprehensive admissions counselling.
Huhu thank you femi for the great advice ❤❤ be sure to check it out peepo! There are many good alternatives so keep an open mind and value your connections to find other ways to get help guys :D
Heyyy your video is very inspirational! I have a question, do universities in the UK priorities extracurricular activities? Or is it purely academic oriented? Because I'm planning to focusing on my A-levels to secure good grades, so I haven't really joined any competitions/clubs :(
I seem angry all the time, I'm not guys I just have an rbf ❤ ly sh
For stpm leavers can apply?
UPU is the online system for application to Malaysian Public Unis. It is really ... confusing and messy if you're an A Levels student and applied according to what your matriks friends told u to do (or friends that literally had to take a day trip to UM to ask the people in the law faculty lmao). If any A Levels students are confused by the process and need help with it, ask Shu Huan to make a video!!!
Both of you speak English very well. Can you share about the habits that make you to speak well in English??
Sorry that this came late, but both of us would tell you to speak more, most importantly! Nothing beats practice, so just find someone that you feel comfortable to speak English with and practice from there! (Personally watching English shows helped me too! :D) Hope this helps!
What am I do after spm?must I do my foundation here?then apply for uni abroad?
Hey! Sorry that this came late, but if you're considering to further your university studies in Cambridge, you can opt for a few pre-university programmes before that, which A-Levels is the most popular for! You could also check out Cambridge University's website to find out which pre-uni courses do they accept. Hope this helps! :)
