先搖鬆手腕，然後在8弦練劈，再練托，沈臂墜肘，手腕發力，這要練上一、兩星期，手型姿勢對了，搖得舒服了，開始慢練，找到力傳到指尖的感覺。一定要慢練，在一條弦上練到純熟再加速，5度、10度的加上去。
