At one episode, in season 4, when yugi lost his egypitan god cards, dartz's crew (raphael etc) summoned the 3 gods in order to make their presence known to yugi, and they were HUGE, bigger than skyscrappers. I beleive the gods can have size altering abilities. Also, in the final season you can sclale the gods based on zork but zork's size was inconistent. Zork was in some scenes 40 meters tall and in some other scenes zork was150+ meters tall.
Also, when pegasus had nightmares of the egyptian gods, slifer for examble was ENORMOUS, he wrapped around a skyscrapper, which would make his many hunderds of meters long, and obelish clearly more than 100 meters tall since he has a size on the same scale as slifer

Obelisk is shoulder charging Zork you can see his stomach is tucked in with his left shoulder and his head is down a bit. So I believe Obelisk would be more around the 35-40M Zork likely 40-42M

Dsod hes bigger. Obelisk was summoned only waist up. Using kaiba at 186cm, you could compare how many kaibas fit in a certain area of obelisk and then get a full height image of obeliks and compare it. Should come to a LOT taller. Even in the anime when kaiba summoned obelisk against the guy who was rude to mokoba, obelisk was way more enormous.
Yes, however in the millennium world arc we're taken to a version of ancient Egypt where people used magic to summon monsters. So in that arc, the monsters were real.

I just chalk it up to hologram height of Battle City can be tweaked. And Shadow Game Obelisk is prob a better foundation of measurement.
