Tthis was so one sided it was kinda painful to watch. That ogor double turn was really brutal.
Morathi has also rend2 on hearthrender (faq) and has rend3bwith mindrazor. Also, pro tip, block the enemy with the immortal snake goddess instead of the 5+sv snake girls.

Bro literally had a model that can only take 3 damage a turn, can survive the entire game clogging up the center, and instead sent snake women to fight 2 stone horns lmao.

Always enjoy watching your guys battlereports. Gotta say I really want to see some armies other than mawtribes. This would've been a great opportunity to try a different army because opponent seems like he's just learning anyway. Would've been a closer match probably and more entertaining for youtube audience. Loved seeing DoK on the table.
Also I think somone stomped a beastclaw monster. Stomp can't effect monsters
That would probably just have meant we both missed a bunch of our rules. If I'm playing something I know I can put more effort into helping the newer guy.
Thats a fair point. But it's not too difficult to learn a couple other armies well enough to cycle through. Especially since you have the core rules down already.
I mean ill keep watching either way because you guys make great content regardless but I'd love to see some of the armies that don't see play often enough.

Fun battle report! What size board are you using? 4 foot by 4 foot? I'm pretty new to AoS, so I may be crazy. But it seems like a smaller board gives BCR an advantage because they want to get stuck in as soon as possible. Seems like the mission with objectives in the middle also works to BCR's advantage.

Wasn't the DoK dude playing Hagg Nar? That would make the ward save 5+ instead of 6
Morathi can't stomp a monster, and also the command point is gained on a 2+ when your general is dead, so the 3 would have taken it.
My bad if that stomp slipped through, also I believe Morathi is one of those models that counts as your General but I may be mistaken
@@mwgjosh5161 if your chosen general dies, you still get the command point on a 2+ even if you have another model that counts as a general. You also still get the extra command point for having your general on the battlefield. It's in the FAQ. And yes, it's a bit silly :)

Phil doesn’t know how to play his army yet, also he did t screen his units or include any screening units in his army. Also you can shoot in the hero phase with the bow snakes
@@elias1579 stonehorn spam (possibly with some thundertusks) is still the strongest ogor army by some margin though, mournfang or gutbuster lists are significantly worse while hunter lists can be situanionally useful in lower point games.
43:45 - that was missed in the following phase. Still fun to watch but i feel that would have changed the game.

Do you mean monsterous rampages? I saw them rolling impact hits. But monstrous rampages couldn't be used on DoK since he took hunters of heartland battalion.

It would have been a few mortal wounds but not enough to kill them and I didn't want to risk them damaging me too much as I needed to swing into the other combat first
But isnt the advantage of charge worth it? Like he charges u next turn anyway? And goes first and you lose the wounds
@@Saintvengeance522 I don't potentially lose my Thunderusk and risk control of the objective that turn and next turn if he charges with multiple units I may get to swing before him. If he swings first against that then it means he's not swinging first against something more valuable to me
