so what you are saying is OTM amount should be equal to or greater than SIP amount? I have OTM at 15,000 and my monthly SIP is 10,000 - so I should be ok?
Yes for current condition. If you want to invest in another fund and at that time if total sip amount is more than the OTM limit it will fail. So always set OTM limit to maximum like 100000

Mera 2 sip hai 1500 ,3000 rupees ka . Maine mandate set Kiya hai 15000 ka. Bad me oh mandate change karna padega kya?
Agar aapka sip mandate se jyada aapka sip monthly hoga to aapko dusra mandate set karna hoga, isiliye bola tha jyada limit set kijiye.

If you have a sbi bank, once a biller is generated you can add it.

Yes , there is no penalty. You can also skip sip in OTM, but for that you have to select skip through app.
