Replace the filter dryer of the ice cube maker! Trouble shooting of the Ice cube maker machine

Replace the filter dryer of the ice cube maker, Check and find the ice forming on the filter dryer while unit operation and compressor pump having noisy sound , once I removed the dryer and found many carbon inside the dryer.
