Patent leather is very durable, but should you manage to really beat these up, you can then start the process of ‘dematting’ the patent finish and you’ll be left with a standard pair of bred 1’s. Something to think about.
What people forgot is these sneakers are actually meant to be worn and Jordan 1’s and 11 imo look even better after you wear them. I always been a fan of wearing my sneakers

The leather and finish is pretty thick... and the toe box structure material is pretty rigid... could have been intentional. Make sure you check out my giveaway vid!
They look great. I wouldn't have expected them to wear as badly as what a lot of people think. Patent leather is great, you can wear it in the rain and you can wipe anything off of it with a damp rag.

I TRASHED my original Jordan 11 Columbia back in the 90s.. lol.. I dont want to do that now but I do still wear my shoes. And these wore pretty well for 50 miles.

You would have to wear them everyday all day for that to happen in a short amount of time , I don’t wear my sneakers everyday , only when I’m going out. Other than that I wear slides and security shoes everyday

As someone who does collect shoes the patent breds are awesome. The only downside in my opinion is that the comfort is not the greatest.

I wore my Joker Mids colorway sooooo much they cracked and the sides were coming out of the seam, there is a small hole near the side of the toe box

Them shoes still look good and if you put some crease protectors they'll hold up even better, didn't know if to buy the shoe cause of how they would hold up but this video made me change my mind definitely a must cop since the price isn't that crazy
