- I'm back with more retro game hunting! Forget Hard off & Book Off. This time we are taking a look at a new store I haven't been to before called "Lucky Cat Treasure Shop". This is another Japanese recycling store with all kinds of things. This store is placed south of Nagoya in Narumi. The atmosphere in the shop was mindblowing! So many posters, machines, and of course retro games everywhere I turn.
I found a lot of cool items that you don't see very often like GameBoy Light and amazing Super Famicom games in the vein of King Of Dragons, Do-Re-Mi Fantasy & Cotton 100%.
I am also looking at games from Famicom, N64, Dreamcast, MegaDrive & PC Engine Turbografx. Enjoy!
And yes, I picked up Milon No Doki Doki (Do-Re-Mi Fantasy).

This is a fun video to watch. I love how in these shops you can get a console and a bunch of games for cheap. Very hard to do that in shops over here in Australia.
Thanks man, I appreciate it! Yea its crazy how cheap some of the stuff is here. Just the smallest little stain or scratch and they will also put a big discount on stuff. Japanese people are picky and thats great!
Very hard in England too. Every shop is ebay savvy

Blown away with the rare items in Japan. And the prices are so cheap. I would come home with a suitcase full for my collection

Didn't our U.S.A version get made over there too,or were they over here? It would be awesome if SNES and maybe NES games were once again made. Not just for me either,but for other customers.

Nice, its amazing! It was actually released in EU too but not US. Its just super rare unfortunately. A sequal was also made for PS1 :D

those anime gals games werent pce games.....instead they were pc fx games..the 32 bit successor to the pce ^^ that vf game was vf remix.. kinda of a remaster of the first vf
Right! I just wasnt aware of the PC FX at that time of recording this video. I did my research of it later on however. But thanks for clearing things out for me in the videos, man!

Yea, crazy cheap even though it was only the console and untested I assume. Gotta have the real deal eventually 😃
hmm that reprinted mayuuou looks a bit too much like the original almost identical to my copy, from what I understand the new cartridge is black?
Actually there's an easy way to spot the difference on both box and cartidge. The real ones have a Super Famicom logo in the corner :)

Oh I see. I am actually in Europe too. I went back here right before the pandemic happened and then couldnt get back to Japan of course.
So I was just in Portugal where I recorded 2 videos (1 is up, 1 is coming soon) and now I am in Czech Republic.
