I am so grateful the Holy Spirit led me to your channel this Friday night. My heart has been heavy these past few days dealing with pain that has resurfaced from the past. I am using this time to unburden my sorrows and leave them at the foot of the Cross but it's not been easy. Lots of tears, lots of regret. I've confessed my sins to a Priest, but in these times of isolation, the darkness tries to creep in and plant seeds of doubt that I've truly been forgiven. I am saturating my days with all things spiritual and I know I have been redeemed, I feel closer to Christ than ever before. I plan on keeping these daily habits of mass, the Rosary, reading Scripture even when this lock-down is over, but for now I desperately need prayers for strength to keep the negative thoughts at bay. Please pray for me. Thank you for your hope filled message, I smiled from beginning to end. I think I will sleep in peace tonight. ( actually, I know it!)
