- If you just purchased a Kubota B2301, B2601 or B2401 you may have some questions! Zach walks through a basic orientation covering the operating station, some troubleshooting tips, access points, unhooking Swift-Tach loader, and more!
Very informative! having just purchased and not used a "B series" yet this will help me loads.
A quick comment. I have a B2601 and love it. I learned some things from this video. One thing he didn't cover and I got bit by it. If you leave the PTO in the engaged (forward) position, the tractor won't turn over - no start. I was down the road about 1/2 mile after a huge blizzard - removing trees from the road. I jumped off the tractor and my bibs caught the PTO lever (I remembered that my bibs caught on something but didn't pay any attention to it.) Got back on and the tractor would not turn over. I had to leave my brand new tractor over night - away from home. My brother has a B2301 so I called him - no idea. But he did mentioned, in passing, that his dealer told him about the PTO shutoff. Fixed - what a relief. Just an FYI.
Good to know thank you for sharing. I am considering buying a B2601 myself.
Nicely done video on the tractor
can b2601 be ordered from factory with top and tilt installed?
Will the step you described fit a 2401 dt? if so Part number please..
SSQA can be straightened if you don't bend it too far, lots of videos on fixing it.
Great video …. Can you offer a comment for a B5200 …. As in when built, or known issues …. I’m on the hunt for my first used compact 🎉tractor. Any comment would be appreciated. Thanks!!
If it happens all the time, that might be an engineering opportunity to improve the machine
What’s the overall length with 3 point and loader bucket flat on ground?
Looks like you are right around 150" length from the back of the 3 point to the front of the bucket. Will vary a few inches depending on how your 3 point it set.
@@kubotaoflynchburg thanks a bunch I apreciate you reply
