Welcome to a captivating day of parrot magic, hosted by the World Parrot Trust on Sunday 13th of August 2023, set against the idyllic backdrop of Bedfordshire's rolling hills at the magnificent Turvey House. - Flower arranging workshop: Creative nature lovers were able to craft beautiful bouquets featuring exotic flowers with the wonderful Phillo Flowers from Notting Hill
- Parrot Painting Workshop: Visitors were able to unleash their inner artist by painting their own macaw masterpiece with supporters
- Free Flight Demonstration: People watched in awe as they witnessed a mesmerising flock of companion parrots socialising and soaring freely around the historic grounds of Turvey House in Bedfordshire.
- Family Fun: From an epic bouncy castle to parrot-inspired face painting, there was something for everyone!
- Enrichment Stall: The opportunity to create personal parrot toys and then donate them to the parrots at the Kiwa Centre ( • The Kiwa Centre ) meant people were making a difference in a variety of interactive and exciting ways.
