You could always play forza horizon 3, has a pretty good way way to simulate aspects of the DAKAR

We dont want this! We want a full on Dakar or Africa rally game! We want mega stages! The only thing the comes close to it is SpinTires with some sand dune mods and dakar truck/buggy mods
