I am sorry I dont have the video at the moment because not convenient to video the immigration part. For Malaysian we will use the machine where you place the passport on the machine and thumbprint.. just follow the instruction it is quite easy...if the machine cannot read then proceed to the immigration officer just next to it. Whereas non-Malaysian will straight proceed to the immigration officer counter for clearance.
