I’ve been reading a really good book I actually am reading it at this very moment but stopped randomly anyways it’s called “Don’t believe everything you Think”By Joseph Nguyen….. it’s helped me with anxiety thinking over thing literally everything!

No, planning creates order. Preparedness. It's another way of thinking before you act. Putting certain things in place beforehand so something can run smoothly.
Yes true I think the amount of time put into the planning process can lead to being unhealthy
@@Minksbyv I can imagine that but I think I need an example. Because if you're going on a trip for instance you would need to plan certain things. Are you talking specifically about worrying over your plan, like constantly revisiting and changing things? Then yeah, I can see that because you can only do so much. "Cross that bridge" when you get there. And if you mean plans for the future, I definitely get that. For me I leave that in God's hands. Cause who knows but Him you know?
I'd love to see what you do for her! My sister is just like this not symmetrical and down turned eyes, super straight lashes. I'm a baby lash tech, i mainly practise on her and I struggle every time with getting them even 😅
I'm brazilian, and i wish i could travel to the US to have my lashes done by you, i know i have pretty lashes, but i'll be humble, lash goddes please touch them and give them THE blessing, because everywhere i go everyone comes out with caterpillar looking lashes, and that scares me to death

listen. i hear you, i hear you. and...you're wrong, fam. proper planning is how we avoid overthinking. planning is preparation + you're fantastic at it.
never had lashes in my life + prolly never will + i love your videos b|c i love (+ learn a lot from) watching you plan + prepare, i.e. your thought process!
overthinking is when the thinking//planning stops being productive (trust me, w| Dx OCD, i'm an expert level overthinker! 🫣).

ETA: oh man, totally forgot i had lashes put on me when i was a bridesmaid. HATED IT! (prolly why i forgot. 🤭) glasses + lashes on protruding eyes + short nosebridge is a nightmare.

i didn't even know they were being put on but realized immediately once i put my glasses back on. esp. b|c my natural lashes already hit my glasses! 🥴 LOL
