Turmeric Dyed Papers - Check that spice cupboard!

If you are in need of some bright coloured spring papers for your journals, don't despair, chances are you have just the thing in your cupboard. Look in your spice rack and find your turmeric. Then follow along to see how you can make some beautiful bright yellow (and pink!) papers.

** SUPPLIES **
I try my best to be sustainable with all of my supply purchases - this often means being very patient and waiting for a lot of those supplies to appear in charity shops! However, I do buy some things new and when I do I will link to them!
- ground turmeric
- Paper (of course!)
- Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) - optional
- Measuring cup (not plastic!!)
- hot water and spoon
- baking sheets and oven
