Did you read about the Pope’s praise of the President of Ireland? He said he thanked God that Ireland had such a wonderful man for a leader, a man who is actively pro-choice. And the Pope has also received an Italian woman who has been a leader in the pro-choice struggle in Italy, at the Vatican with much honor and recognition of her accomplishments. So I’m not convinced this guy’s pro-life. As usual, he likes to confuse.
Now, I have no doubt at all that the holy Catholic faith is true. And I too love the papacy. But that doesn’t mean you don’t get a bad pope from time to time.
I'm wondering if Pope Francis' people write the remarks and want to be diplomatic. Maybe, the translator said to Biden "The Pope is happy that someone so important is a Catholic, and he encourages you to keep following the Faith" and Biden takes it as "You're a good Catholic and you should receive communion. I agree, we need to pray for him. It's very easy to say things about Biden that are critical and not pray for him to change his views.

It’s not the same as God speaking u say but aren’t we taught it’s the third person in the trinity speaking through the magisterium? So it’s not God speaking through the vessel of His bride the Church? Speaking about the circumstances of infallibility particularly here
