So long story short target the heli with enough rifle rounds and it'll have to go down eventually. Also should they fail , radios exist for a reason and so does radar. A radio call to dispatch, who makes a quick call to the nearest air national guard base, and you'll have fighter jets scrambling to intercept in no time. Very unrealistic.
