My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first CZcams channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!

@@sproject6962 Same I thought he was like an American person the way he sounds. He's born in Canada so it makes sense he kind of have a western Canadian accent but some Pinoy accent as well.
I have watched a lot of celebrity house tours and this by far seems the most functional and relaxing. As a minimalist, I would cringe at the mansions of other house tours, but this house, though it's big, it seems anxiety-free at the same time. I think because all of your designs, furniture, and decors have deep meaning that it makes the house happy and comfortable, and it doesn't look too much.

Many are mind blowing amazing and crazy luxurious, but not enough for me to think that I could see myself living in one.
I appreciate that you explained how you got to where you are now and you know, you didn’t have to. I have been following you since you lived in your parent’s house. I know how hard you and RJ worked. People who don’t know you and RJ will be judging you and say you’re just bragging. I am very proud of you and RJ. I remember when you and him finally revealed that you are a couple. This video is a HUGE flex but it doesn't feel like a brag at all. The gratitude just overflows in the way you talk and show us around the house. I can really feel how you're nerding out about all the tech and artistry that you get to have in your house and it's not arrogance, it's respect and appreciation for the makers.
This house is truly like my dream house: the green factor; the locally sourced art and materials; the tech touches that are just the right amount of convenience without being superficial; the net floor!
The only things we're missing from my dream home might be an indoor river+waterfall & an arcade. 😂

Loved RJs entrance. Its crazy that if someone that doesn't really follow you regularly they'd have no clue how much RJ did to make this home so beautiful. And he just makes a short appearance in the video so far. What a humble guy that isn't thirsty for attention or recognition. We love you RJ and we see you! ❤

If I commented on everything this would be soooo long so, I’ll just say that every single aspect of this home is beyond fantastic! Your choices are sublime! Even through a screen, this home just screams love and welcome. I think that only you and RJ could have made such a welcoming, peaceful and safe place.
This kitchen (which you know is my favorite space) really turned out great! I love you chose Le Creuset (you know how huge a fan I am of that) as your cookware, it’ll serve you very well.
I have never thought of either of you as entitled brats… LOL… I’ve seen what you’ve done over the years, even decades to get here and it’s totally inspiring. I know it wasn’t easy and sometimes you actually had forces working against you but, you pushed through it and kept a positive mindset and you won! I take such inspiration from this and you both are so generous to share it all.
It’s great to see all the features explained, it’s all very well thought out and super functional all while being so respectful to the environment.
My emotions were so triggered when you spoke of dear Ligaya. I know she’s part of the home and will be forever.

This is an epic home! Well-designed and with lots of practicality and considerations for the dwellers and guests. All the guest rooms have different feels, and they all give that premium resort vibe. Every room, corner, nook and cranny of this home is built with blood, sweat and tears. I've been following the videos since the ground-breaking of the property, and I can easily say that Mikey and RJ truly deserve this wonderful home that they worked hard for.

The Mabuhay Squad Farmhouse has come a long way. It was a treat to see its development from start to finish. It's one thing seeing the different areas of the property in the vlogs, but it's a whole another level to finally see it in an official house tour video, so kudos to the film crew for that.
Also when you were nerding out about the kingfishers and the orioles, you might have witnessed what they call a "Birdwave" as they call it in birdwatching, which is a term for a gathering of different species of insectivorous birds that move together to stir up insects, which makes sense with the orioles and the kingfishers because both species also eat insects.

Hi Mikey, I'm from the USA and stumbled on your channel a while ago and immediately began watching your vlogs. I'm happy to see your home is now complete and can't wait for future projects. While watching this vlog I learned so much more about how you guys got to this point and immediately thought about my other favorite Filipino obsession, the PPop group SB19. They also have had to start from poor beginnings but now are starting to see the fruits of their hard work. They have recently gone independant and have formed their own entertainment group and will be embarking on a world tour in July and August. They're music is so inspiring and their lyrics are so deep with meaning. They are also Youth Embasadors for the Philippines and Justin's family takes part in a program that plants trees to renew the forest. Sounds to me like a collaboration of some sort would be fun to watch. Anyway looking forward to many more fun vlogs! Have a wonderful day!
