What if u want to do same color (white) but two different sheens for a bathroom? Would that work and how would u suggest doing so?

I just finished painting my wall white so this will work great,
What do you think of using latex and a glaze using the 2 color roller? I love the idea of having a hint of shimmer using a gold glaze but not sure how it will work. I have the base color, 1 coat and was going to use the same base coat with the gold glaze as my 2nd color. Any thoughts?
I have received my products and am having great success, but I have a question. Before I decided on the roller-meshing technique I purchased a glaze. Is there a way I can incorporate the glaze, perhaps at the end like a topcoat?
Love this and takes half the time to get the same effect with two contrasting colours as it would doing them separately, will be def using this technique next week..many thanks.

You can use white as one of your colors, but remember that you will need your second color to be at least 3-5 shades darker for the contrast to be visible.

I'd like to use this tehnique on poured concrete walls in my basement to hide the cement imperfections. The wall is already painted with Kilz white sealer. What would you suggest a flat paint or semi-gloss or satin for the best results?
