Tuomas has explicitly stated that if Floor ever parts ways with Nightwish, the band will break up for good. Parting ways with Tarja, then Anette, was too emotionally hard on the band for them to be willing go through the same process for a third time. So one way or another, Floor is Nightwish’s final lead vocalist.
