100ml fresh cream
3 eggs
30g sugar
pinch of salt
80g melt unsalted butter
4g cake flour
cocoa powder
pistachio

1:22 - Pouring Chocolate in bowl then using a double boiler on it (I think that's what it's called)
2:30 - Adding fresh cream and stirring
3:23 - Cracking eggs
3:42 - Mixing the eggs
4:05 - Adding sugar
4:25 - Pouring and sifting
4:36 - Pouring in chocolate mix and mixing
5:12 - Pouring more and mixing
5:16 - And some more egg pouring then mixing
6:31 - adding salt
6:41 - Wiping the bowl with a tissue then adding butter and mixing
7:18 - Adding flour and mixing
7:44 - Pouring in container
8:19 - Pouring (hot?) water
8:46 - Pouring water again
9:02 - Removing the paper to reveal a very perfect cake
9:22 - Sprinkling cocoa power and putting pistachios
9:47 - Cutting into the cak very perfectly
10:00 - Pouring (what I guess is) iced tea

以前なら、室温に戻すって描いてあっても絶対冷蔵庫からその都度出してそのままで使ったりしてたけど、料理学校に行ってなんで室温にすることが大事なのか、素材素材の温度が及ぼす影響とか実践でも習ってものすごく大事なことが分かった。以上を踏まえてこのレシピで作りましたが、断面もツルツルだしとっても密度の濃いおいしいテリーヌが出来ました♪ありがとうございます。

これ作りました。
結果死ぬほど美味しくできました！
前自由が丘の某有名パティシエのお店のショコラテリーヌを食べたとき
世の中にこんな美味しいものがあるのか、
さすが◯◯シェフ！と思って感動しましたが、
こちらを参考にして作ってみたら
オーバーではなくそれと同じくらい美味しいのができました。
